I can’t speak more highly of the care that my parents have received here. Living far away - I am from Houston - it’s good to know that family is in great hands whenever they need to be here, which is more often than we’d prefer as of late. I do have one issue: I drive all the way from Houston to visit and am using an electric vehicle. In the past, I’ve always been able to use the charging station in the garage #1, but this last time (last week) that charging station has been out of service, making a long trip more difficult. It’s 2023 and issues like this should be addressed as a larger number of people will be using electric vehicles every day.

Wish I could have given this place a better rating but after 2 pretty bad experiences, I would be lying if I have given a better rating. Between not willing to help out on payments or any type of relief on my treatment to my friend who is being rudely kicked out with server seizures and meningitis with little to no help *given wrong meds and waited over 6 hours before any attention* it has overall been a place I do not recommend to anyone...
