Naveen Kella's Online Review Report Card

Don't waste your time with this doctor. Waited almost two months to get an appointment and then they call less than 24 hours before the appointment to cancel and try to move the appointment out almost another month. Very inconsiderate.

Amazing experience during a very scary time. My local urologist said I needed robotic surgery. I asked him were he would send his brother or father....his answer was Naveen Kella. The care I received was first class, professional, and ALL questions were answered promptly, with clarity, and concern. The staff was VERY efficient and follow up was spot on. The actual surgery was as good as could be expected, but what was not expected, was how well I have done after. Nearly anyone who has had this surgery will tell you your results are HEAVILY weighed on the skill of your surgeon. I am doing really well with recovery. Not sure I could have done better anywhere in the country. I would refer him and his staff to anyone I care about.

My father had a prostrate procedure. He had a lot of complications and had to be put on a catheter. He never saw the doctor filling the procedure, even with all the complications. He would either see the PA or a nurse. He was always rushed during his appointments and dismissed when he had a concern. After a morning appointment, he had to go the the ER because of problems he was having with his catheter.

I have been going to Dr. Kella's practice for over three years. While I have not had to have any kind of surgical procedures, I do feel that my health is being well-monitored. Particularly appreciative of care from Christopher Garcia and colleagues. Thank you.

Prostatectomy

Dr. Naveen Kella, and his staff, especially his PA, Sho Grant & NP, Chris Garcia, are the absolute very best at what they do! Our GP told us, "he's better than anyone at MD Anderson." We are not disappointed. Very kind, professional and considerate in how they care for their patients. Open to collaborating with our other team of doctors and specialists. Totally worth the drive into San Antonio to get to see him and his staff!!! My husband and I couldn't be more pleased!!! Thank you Dr. Kella, and your staff, for all you do in your profession and for others!

I came to Dr. Kella after learning of his practice from a neighbor. My previous urology place had given up on me and they told me that there was nothing they could do. I had been a patient with them for over 20 years, and could find no relief for my incontinence due to a large prostate. Dr. Kella immediately took action, changing my medication, and recommending a procedure. The staff is great, and very knowledgable. I'm glad I came.

‏ I do Not recommend to do any tretmrnt whit DR. kalle Naveen and his office at 9618 Huebner Dr.After I done the Rezum, I stayed with a catheter for three months!!! and visit three time at ER room.He done Rezum on a big enlarge prostate ( I ask them to do, but he’s the pro ) he tack the risk on my life , whoever the money his it’s target cod not taking care of the human. The assistant too are careless and impatient, They are injured me whit the catheter,Even when I cried in pain no one came to support me, every one 5 Person was “ busy “ by computer iPad or iPhone let me crating bending Blooding and couldn't move. they let me go (5:00 pm have to close... ) alone in the heavy rains without worrying about escorting or driving, ( in another place after get sure someone come to pick me up, they hold me in to the car)The another doctor they brought DR. Timothy Halvinka was impatient and rude , charged me$250 for 10 minute explain to me what he go to do ...He cover from me the CT screen, to don’t let me see what’s happened.If you care about your self get away from them!

Since the first visit to this doctor that I didn't even met him ,was just nurse practitioner that order a test that was lost then ask for another one, send to a lab not in my insurance took for ever for results order some very expensive med that didn't work.very disappointed.Not going back.
