Dr. Greene was professional, relatable, humble, a very good communicator, and ultimately flawless in performing the necessary procedure on my son. Dr. Fox was also excellent. Dr. Fox appropriately diagnosed the situation, clearly communicated options, performed very good work, and helped us make the best decision for our son. Overall, we are very satisfied with this office, and will return.

They are so kind and helpful! Crystal really went above and beyond to Help me determine the best course of action to have my daughter’s fillings done on short notice. She is truly a gem. The Dr also responded super quickly so we could plan accordingly. The customer service is exceptional.

Northeast Children’s Dentistry at Dominion Crossing is honestly the best! The environment is so welcoming and positive. The staff is super friendly, the office is bright and fun, and the dentists are great at explaining everything in a way that’s easy to understand. They make every visit feel really comfortable and even enjoyable. I always leave feeling confident about my dental care thanks to them!

Unethical and unsafe – do not trust this dentist. I was told ahead of time that I would be allowed to stay with my daughter during her procedure, which was extremely important to me. But on the day of the appointment, once she was already sedated, I was suddenly told I couldn’t be in the room. When I raised concerns, the dentist told me if I didn’t like it, I could just take my daughter home — while she was already sedated! That is not only unprofessional but incredibly dangerous. This experience felt manipulative, unsafe, and completely dismissive of both my rights as a parent and my child’s well-being. I would strongly caution any parent against trusting this practice.

Dr. Fox, Hayley, and the entire staff are friendly and a delight!! We moved dental practices (after being with the same pediatric dentist for over 15 years) about 2 years ago. We have no regrets in doing so. My children truly enjoy going to see Dr. Fox and the entire staff. Dr. Fox is so sweet and has a wonderful bedside manner. Whether it be for a routine check-up, cleaning, or emergency situation, this practice is the best!!

They have done an amazing job on all 3 of my grandchildren. Every time we have gone their staff are kind and all of dentists are wonderful with all of the kids. Thank you for your dedication and for always making them us feel comfortable and safe. You are doing an incredible job.

I’m beyond happy with this office! All of the staff from front to back are so pleasant and consistent! They always remember us and vice versa! Dr Fox is just amazing with kids. She’s so thorough but patient at the same time. My daughter always leaves feeling safe with a happy clean smile 😃

Above par customer service! Hailey at the front desk really stood out with us! Her friendliness, courtesy, knowledge, professionalism, and super sweet demeanor is what got us to set an appointment! Dr. Lauren Greene is what made us clients! Dr. Green is highly competent, focused, not over-bearing or pushy, and is committed to the over-all well being of my little girl, who is only 6 years old! I am transferring my other two children, ages 19 and 17, to this practice! GOD IS GOOD! Y’all keep up the good work!
