My 3 children have been patients for many years and never had a bad experience, the first time they were super professional and invited me to an office and we talked about the situation. But today after several years it didn't happen like that and they said personal and private things in front of my children or anyone else in the lobby. Definitely staff in front requires training not to talk about personal things in front of other people. It's not professional! I would like someone to call their attention because they have just lost loyal customers who drove 30 minutes to continue their treatment there!, for the record my insurance has always paid for everything! For the first time I do not recommend them and they should replace the staff in front. When I left they still laughed at the situation. How ridiculous!

Everyone here is very nice & friendly! The dentist & hygienist are amazing! My son never is afraid to go. They are patient with him and take their time, as he is special needs. They are very thorough as well. We travel from the Northwest side of town just to come here and it’s worth it. Highly recommend.

Clean office. The staff is very professional and passionate in the work they do. The dentists are very detail oriented and explain everything in lament terms so you can understand what they are seeing/doing during the exams.
