Drove over 20 minutes to deal with unprofessional staff

Was referred by our dentist to get checked here for cavities for my daughter when the assistant made the appointment they said I was all set then I come in and I have to switch the insurance dentist. If they would’ve said that when making the appointment I would’ve never scheduled. Wait time for changing the primary dentist was 45 minutes. Plus front desk girl was really rude about the whole situation.

I was referred to the office by a close friend for a second opinion about my daughter's treatment and I am so glad we gave them a try. From the first call to inquire about scheduling, being seen, going over plan of care, to walking out the door, we were beyond impressed and amazed with the level of service by all staff members! Not only did the staff talk to me, they made her feel safe and comfortable throughout our entire visit! My daughter, who has severe anxiety, walked out with the biggest smile on her face and is excited to start her care plan. That above all else made me feel so comfortable and confident with switching to this practice. I will be recommending this practice to any and everyone I can!

10/10 would recommend Dr. Coppola and team! We had no trouble finding parking. Filling out paperwork was a breeze on the tablet, and the staff was superbly professional! My son (5yo) was excited about the car decorations, and had a great checkup! Makes me wish I was young enough to go!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hannah! My 6‑year‑old son has seen her three times, and each time she’s been wonderfully warm, professional, and attentive. What really stood out was that she remembered him right away, not just his name, but the movie he watched in the lobby and the color of popsicle he liked. That kind of personal attention made him feel safe and comfortable, and it gave me peace of mind as a parent. During the procedure, Dr. Hannah allowed me to stay with him the entire time and explained everything she was doing step by step. Before starting, she also went over possible complications and how she planned to prevent them, which I really appreciated. Her calm and clear communication helped both of us feel at ease. After the visit, she made sure we were both okay and took time to check in, which made it clear that she truly cares about her patients. We left feeling respected, reassured, and grateful. If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for her patients, I highly recommend Dr. Hannah and her team at the Southcross location.

I've had a lot of issues here at this location, little at first but not too big of a deal to make note of. The last experience I had here with one of my children has me highly reconsidering bringing them back. I may choose to start taking them to another location as my child has asked in particular not to be seen there by a certain person. The staff I've interacted with has always been so nice (they rotate with other location staff) and Jen (I believe her name is), the main person there, is so awesome. I've seen her run around that place managing so much and I hope she is getting paid well.

I've been to the downtown office for years, this location is only 5 mins away from my house. Attempted to transfer to this location but receptionist answering the phone was extremely rude. I rather drive to downtown than deal with unprofessional rude staff.

The dentist took out 8 baby teeth out in one sitting. I am still trying to understand why he would do that. She is only 8 years old. This was very disappointing to learn. I would not recommend this place.
