After prep and explanation of outpatient procedure, I was told last minute that the anesthesiologist backed out due to other medical factors despite a medical team clearing me for treatment and offering insight/advice for said treatment. This team succeeded, however, in negating any hope I had left. Don't consider this office if you want your hope left intact.

I had such a positive experience with NP Abby at Phoenix Mental Healthcare. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and her bedside manner was impeccable. I felt comfortable and accommodated throughout the entire visit—completely different from any other experience I’ve had when being prescribed medication. I truly appreciate the care and compassion she showed!

when i found this place i didn't know what i was getting myself into, i was in desperation for help and i certainly received it here in some ways. Dr J you are an incredible man and i believe your heart is gold. you helped me out tremendously listened to me and it feels as if u truly cared about me and wanted to provide me all the help you could provide. reason why i put two stars is 1 for Dr J being incredible. 1 star for the psychiatrist that was working with me she never heard my concerns and always tried to gaslight me. i ignored it because i truly needed the help. she left so i was stuck with the temp they had which was even worse and didn't help. i believe Phoenix wants to help but in reality i feel as if they just see the worst in you and that really turned me off to continue getting practice from here. everybody in the office is nice except Rhonda i always had a off vibe with her, felt like she never treated me with compassion or saw me as lost cause and that hurts. there was a miscommunication recently and instead of telling me they contacted my mother about it. i find that incredibly uncomfortable since i am the one getting treated. they usually called me to confirm appointments or what not. so i felt like them contacting my mother about it is just unfair and not ok. i don't trust this center anymore and its sad because i finally was getting hope to get help. wouldn't recommend if u wanna be heard and supported. also just to note im treatment resistant and sketamine unfortunately didnt help me. nor ketamine which wasn't covered by insurance and was very pricey. i just feel so misunderstood by them.

I can't even begin to express how much my life changed after starting treatment here. From my first call into the clinic, the receptionist Darcy was empathetic in hearing me out when I was at my lowest. I knew immediately I found the right place. Nurse Sokoup has been guiding me through treatment with a sensitive ear and has allowed me to feel validated, something I was struggling with for a very long time. Nurse Sukoup has gone above and beyond in my care from medication management, helping file my FMLA/STD paperwork without hesitation, but most of all she is the easiest person to talk to - she just gets it! Her and Vera (the most adorable pup in the world) greet me and I even get cuddles from Vera. Talk about full therapy🥰 Now, Rhonda is who runs the front office and usually administers the in house treatment which is in a serene room. Rhonda is the most incredible woman, the way she listens and shares words of wisdom is truly something magical. I talk her ear off and I enjoy when she comes to check in on me. Geri, Rhonda's daughter also administers the treatment. Geri is so sweet to talk to, I mean it's a full family clinic and when you're there, you feel like it. Ashley is another NP in the clinic and she is wonderful and super genuine. I feel like I can just talk and she always has something incredibly positive to say. My life over the course of 3 months has dramatically changed and I can't wait to see who comes out on the other end! Looking forward to the future!

I’ve been seeing Rhiannon for over a year now, and the difference in the way I feel now vs when I first started seeing her is amazing. She listens, advices, and makes you feel more welcome, and safe than ever. 100% recommend beginning your road to recovery here!
