This Clinic team is Fire! Kallie and Rachel were so much help! The staff is amazing and time efficient. Dr. O was prompt to get things checked out and he listened and explained things so well. I highly recommend this Clinic!!

I loved my experience here They were so attentive and friendly We just moved to SATX and finding a medical clinic was a bit scary but I am more than grateful for ending in PCC Thanks to Rachel and Kallie in the front desk My provider was Quintanilla and I love how professional , knowledgeable and friendly he was with my questions. Honestly 10/10 ! ✨👏

Something wrong with the front desk here. Too many mistakes. Will not provide insurance to pharmacy for orders they put in. And if they have done it before, they will claim they don't do that. No explanation. They also put in wrong orders. When you call they will not pick up. But if you email they will email right back. I don't get it. And then their email just reattaches the order (that's wrong) even though the email thread already has the order. Legitimately might be incompetent.

Many thanks to the PCC staff. From the young ladies at the front desk, to the clinic aides, to the nurse practitioners, everyone is very kind, friendly, and professional. Special kudos to NP Quintanilla and NP Carson--they are the best at what they do. Last but not least, special shout out to Harley, who makes our appointment check-outs easy and pleasurable. I would like to wish a Happy New Year to the entire Babcock staff. Everyone is consistently professional and courteous. During my last appointment, I wanted to personally thank Rachel, but she was off that day—so I felt compelled to share my experience through this review. Rachel once received a frantic call from me regarding concerns about a test that was scheduled at a different facility. She immediately put me at ease, calmly addressed my worries, and ensured everything worked out smoothly. At my second visit with Kallie, she greeted me by asking how my daughter was and even mentioned her by name. That moment truly stood out—it showed that she not only cares about me as a patient, but also pays attention to what matters most to me. Dr. Ashley Carson is truly a jewel. She takes excellent care of all my medical needs, makes sure every question is answered, clearly explains my lab results, and offers helpful suggestions to keep me within my normal ranges. From our very first visit, she has made me feel like family. My Babcock experience began with Dr. Eric Quintanilla, who has always listened attentively and ensured all of my concerns are addressed and explains everything thoroughly. I never feel like just another patient—I always feel valued and heard during my appointments. Overall, my experiences at Babcock have been nothing short of exceptional.---

Ashley Carson’s bed side manner, patience and her commitment to making sure you understand what is going on with your health is amazing. 🥲 with her help I was finally able to understand my lab results, how to better manage my diabetes and feel confident in her care.

Returned today for a follow up appointment. Ashley Carson is always thorough, listens to me to describe my symptoms. Ashley problem solves and gets to the root cause through any needed tests and/ or referrals. Ashley and PCC team provide excellent medical care.
