I’ve been using radience spa for over 10 years. I moved to Houston four years ago and did not get Botox. I didn’t trust anyone in the Houston area so when I move back to San Antonio, I immediately went and saw Desiree. She is simply the best. The only person I trust thank you for a great visit. I will always be a life on customer.

I’ve hear of women getting a “facial“ and just rolled my eyes at that BUT oh my goodness the Diamond Glow TNS is amazing! My skin looks fresh, soft and hydrated. I’m over 70 and it’s not easy to get my skin to look that good! Highly recommend the treatment and Radiance Med Spa on Lockhill Selma!

I am a 41 yo male who was struggling with low testosterone. After my appointment I felt the results within a week and they continue to get better. My energy levels are much better, I feel like im in my 20s again. The staff is amazing and the service is top notch.

I’m a 38 year old male and previously experienced issues with low testosterone. I came to Radiance and decided to start Testosterone Replacement Therapy. The pellet procedure was quick and painless, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and I’m very satisfied with results. My t-levels are now at a healthy level, which Radiance continues to monitor with lab work. They follow up to see how I’m feeling and I can tell they genuinely care about their patients well-being. If you’re on the fence about the procedure, definitely schedule a consultation with Radiance Med Spa.
