The telehealth system looks good but my phone was not set up for the audio so Dr. E went ahead and called me then and he was very wonderful, unhurried and gave me all the results about how my test went and then answered my questions.

I highly recommend Dr. Richard Englehart for bariatric surgery. He patiently answered a dozen questions during my initial consultation. My vertical gastric sleeve surgery went perfectly and I had very little pain afterwards. He's always responsive to e-mailed questions. The entire BMI of Texas team is fantastic.

I strongly recommend Dr. Englehardt for bariatric surgery. He's done over 1000 procedures and a very low rate of complications. He patiently answered all 12 questions I'd typed up for our initial consultation. He performed a vertical gastric sleeve on me and I have had no complications, very little pain and am healing well. I also like the entire BMI of Texas team, of which he is a part. This is class operation.

Dr. E was fantastic. He took a lot of time to explain all my options, and help me feel comfortable with surgery. He even responded to my emails quickly. I loved the office staff and the whole team has been a huge support. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Dr . is on but BMI has the worst customers services staff ever. They scheduled my surgury on the wrong day. Then when they fixed it forgot to tell me that the location for my surgury changed. Has to go the the office to submit my paperwork to go back to work. They did not fax the paperwork over to the other location. The girl day we ask for 3 days. I said you did not tell me that when u called yesterday. You said if I get it There in the morning you will have it done by 5pm that day.BIG NO
