The whole healthcare team here is amazing. Rudy, Erika, Lauren, Caroline I believe the anesthesiologist and Dr Havranek all made me feel safe, secure, and not nervous at all before my procedure. Francesca Desire listened to all my concerns and ordered the bloodwork that I wanted done on top of some tests she suggested. I was in a lot of pain and luckily they fit me in within two days due to a cancellation. The office itself is somewhat hard to get ahold of but as long as you have the my chart messaging app, or the MA's extension-the awesome healthcare I have received here makes up for any small little issue. Thank you to the whole team!

Dr. Havranekk and his team have got to be some of the most understanding and compassionate people I've met. Dr. Havranek actually listened to my concerns and my symptoms, and went above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of my issues. I highly recommend him, he's worth the trip to San Antonio if you don't live there.

Dr Haveranek and all his staff were fast, efficient, made me feel comfortable, and answered all my questions. His nurses were all 1st class. My family has seen Dr Haveranek for years and have all been equally pleased. The only way this could have been made better was magic to skip the prep.

Dr. Havranek and his team performed a colonoscopy on me last week (5/21/22) and the actual procedure couldn't have been better. The wait in the reception area seemed excessive to me; but, I have nothing but good things to say about the pre/post and actual event.
