List of Salveo Direct Care's Reviews
In 2023 I was seeing Dr. Monica Salas as my primary care provider. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to be her patient. She really took the time to talk with me and make sure everything was well with me, and was very thorough when it came to health issues. She didn't just want to ease symptoms, but was interested in finding and treating the root causes. She was the first doctor to take seriously my trouble sleeping, and explore different options with me to help me with this. The reception and nurses there were also friendly, helpful and competent. I moved out of state, otherwise I would have happily kept her as my doctor. Thanks so much to Dr Monica Salas and Salveo Direct Care for the help and support you gave me while I was there!
I just started coming here and the healthcare here is unmatched. The amount of time they give their patients speaks volumes on quality of care. Dr. Leilani is super knowledgeable and helpful with getting my health conditions under control. She really listens and takes time to come up with a tailored plan for your health. Irma and Natalia her assistants are incredible and so kind. They even have a cool relaxation room with a massage chair while I waited for test results. I highly recommend coming here!
Dr Llalani is amazing! I have never had another PCP that spends so much time researching and helping me with my medical care. There are just no words to express how grateful I am to her for everything she does.
I see Dr Monica Salas .She is an excellent doctor a very engaging young lady that takes the time to listen to you . You get all the time you need instead of getting rushed out. I highly recommend Salveo Direct, the doctors and great staff.
Excellent in every way. Dr. P. Salas is thorough, thoughtful, caring, and knowledgeable. I appreciated his pragmatic approachand and felt that he genuinely cared about me as a person and not just as a patient. He is very down to earth and approachableand and even went out of his way to get a pillow for me while he inserted the pellets. Not many doctors would be so thoughtful. The staff is very friendly and the facility is state of the art. I am recommendinghim to all of my friends and colleagues for HRT.
Dr Monica Salas is amazing. She really listens to you and takes a whole health approach to improving your life! The office staff is very attentive and the office is great at returning your calls and answering all questions.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Prisiliano Salas, Jr. and his incredible staff at Salveo Direct Healthcare. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care — something that is increasingly rare in today’s healthcare system. Dr. Salas is, without a doubt, the most patient and attentive physician I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. He listens without rushing, explains everything thoroughly, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable, informed, and cared for. His dedication to his patients is extraordinary and deeply appreciated. The staff at Salveo are just as outstanding — always kind, helpful, and welcoming. The entire experience is a breath of fresh air compared to the typical doctor’s office. Salveo Direct Healthcare truly sets the standard for what compassionate, personalized care should look like. This has been the best experience I’ve ever had with any physician or healthcare team. Thank you, Dr. Salas and team, from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend Salveo Direct Healthcare to anyone looking for superior, patient-centered medical care.
Dr. Parghi has such a good manner. She has taken her time with me, listens to my concerns, and offers helpful suggestions. Salveo has been very responsive when I have needed refills or had questions. I'm extremely happy with Salveo Direct Care.
So far, I'm not impressed. My wife was a long-time patient of Dr. Donna Becker. Not much detail on Salveo Direct Care taking over her practice except all records would be transferred over. My wife just got her complete comprehensive exam a month ago including full blood work with Dr. Becker, who charged $500. Now, Salveo Direct Care wants another $250 for an initial consultation. What they should do is honor Dr. Becker exams & visits in 2025 by waiving any initial fees for patient transfers. Instead, they want to make more $. Beware! My wife is now trying to get her records from Dr. Becker (now retained by Salveo Care) transferred to another doctor altogether. They want to charge us Print: $25 for first 20 pages. $0.50 per page for every copy thereafter. Electronic: $25 for 500 pages or less and $50 for 500 pages or more -- saying its per the Texas Medical Board. I did some research and the Texas Medical Board "permits" but doesn't require doctors to charge for patient records. Most of the time its done for free as a courtesy between doctors. Not a good start to Dr. Beckers' patients, Salveo Direct!
I had scheduled an appt to see Dr. Prisiliano Salas on 2/20/25 at 11:15am using the Spruce app, where I had keyed in the reason for my appointment as well as submitted photos and completed the questionnaire. Upon the arrival of my husband and myself, we were greeted by the lady at the front desk and she checked me in. Minutes later she completed taking my vital signs and my husband and I were escorted into a room where she administered a strep test and told us to wait. This would be the first time I had ever seen Dr. Salas, it was actually the first time I had ever stepped foot into the office. My husband had seen Dr. Salas before in person, but the only interaction I had with him prior to this was that he had prescribed me antibiotics after I had submitted pictures and completed the questionnaire thru the app. It just so happened at that time that I was experiencing the same symptoms as my husband and so he simply prescribed me the same antibiotic. My husband and I both completed the prescribed course and got to feeling better. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks later I was feeling ill again so I made this appointment to see him in person. Immediately upon him opening the door I felt that Dr. Salas was standoffish as if he was annoyed simply by my presence which caught me completely off guard because again this was the first time I had met with him. Clearly, he wasn’t worried about making a good first impression. He came in, shut the door, crossed his arms as though to let me know he was not happy and leaned on the wall by the door about as far away from me as he could be in the small room. The very first time I heard his voice he said, “What can I help you with now?” Now? I struggled for a moment to understand, now? This was our first interaction and he was speaking to me as if this was a regular occurrence and that I was some sort of constant thorn in his side. I gathered myself and I began to tell him everything I was experiencing at a pretty fast pace so not as to bother him more than he already was. Once I had repeated everything to him in person that I had already typed into the app, he came closer to me and did the normal checkup procedure. However, when he began feeling around my chin and neck I tensed up and made a weird face bc it makes me a little nervous when doctors (or anyone really) feel around my neck (I know it’s standard practice but it still makes me feel uncomfortable). He saw my reaction and asked if I was an anxious person and I said yes. Then he scoffed at me and told me that he could tell bc I was talking fast. I was only talking fast because of how he was interacting with me. He didn’t even tell me the results of my strep test until I asked (thankfully it was negative). In my limited experience with him (the few minutes I spent with him) - he has horrible bedside manner and is immature. I don’t know why I made him uncomfortable but he was clearly annoyed by me. At the end of the day, while yes my concerns and reason for going to the office were addressed I felt that Dr. Salas was not interested in anything that I had to say, and made me feel like I wasted my time going to see him. It was not by choice that I chose to see him, he is sadly the only medical option that my husband’s job offers. When you go into an office and there are only two chairs in the lobby and no other patients, that should tell you that he doesn’t get much traffic. Which now doesn’t surprise me considering how he acted. I have never met a doctor quite like him. Overall, I’m not impressed by his total lack of professionalism, and his immaturity.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
