The owner of this company was very rude, unhelpful and hard to deal with. I cannot believe her level of customer service and unwilling to listen to me as a patient please do not do business with this company they’re not there to help you.

We love our nurse Naomi! She truly cares for our mother, she explains the medications the side effects as well as what disease our mother has (in terms we understand). The fact that she shows up when she’s scheduled is a plus!!! She’s very caring to our mother and has a positive attitude, never bothered with the questions we always have. I wish there were more nurse like her. Thank you SA Nurses Home Health Agency.

AVOID SA Nurses as a home health provider! The office staff and administration are very unhelpful and manage patient care from behind a desk, often without any direct interaction or understanding of the patients’ needs. When issues arise, they make excuses instead of providing solutions to prevent future occurrences. Their high turnover rate among staff and administration leads to inconsistency in care. Their approach feels focused on profit than on genuine care or compassion for their patients! I must however commend their aide Bea and RN Crystal whos care for my father was exceptional and the only reason we continued using this agency!

We’re blessed to have Randi as my mother’s nurse . We have been through so much since 3/3/22 I can say this has been the hardest thing my family and I have been through. My mother is still here with us thanks to SA Nurses Home Health, the staff is wonderful and very informative. Randi is god sent if you have her as your nurse please know you’re in good hands especially if it’s wound care she’s the best. Randi and staff really cares we need more nurses like this in this CRAZY world . Thank you SA Nurses Home Health especially to my mothers nurse. Please continue to have caring staff we greatly appreciate you all.

Called them today 2/1/23 and was inform by their receptionist that my mother would need a Dr referral for home health services. Out of all the home health agencies I had my mother go to; we ain't never had to get no Dr. Referral for home health services. If anything the company would get in touch with her insurance to see if they accepts her insurance first and foremost then they will see what she qualifies for and hours and thereafter get her assign to a provider. 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️

Randi is my home health nurse, she is so kind and caring. Since the first encounter she was very warm and her demeanor was inviting. I immediately felt comfortable, which says alot coming from the hospital environment where I had a horrible experience with the nurses there. I know I can count on her. She goes above and beyond each time and truly wants to help me get well. I know I'm in the best hands with her as my nurse. Thank you Ms.Randi for all that you do.! You're in the right field, and we need more nurses like you.! You've already made such and impact on my life.

This company nurse's cause blisters by over tightening gauze on my feet I'm a paraplegic don't feel much but could feel over tightening of gauze 👎 Be vigilant of yourself 🙏

This agency has been caring for my Mom since October 2020, and every medical staff (Nurses, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist ) have been wonderful, understanding and helpful with my mom's recovery. I highly recommend this agency for any of your Home Health needs. Kudos to my moms Nurse "Mr David" for doing an excellent job with mom.
