List of San Antonio Foot And Ankle Center's Reviews
Do not waste your time going to this location. They are horrible at customer service. They make you wait 45 minutes you don't even get seen and they technically don't have any time that isn't busy. I wish I would've known that we weren't gonna be seen because I wanna have wasted 45 minutes of my day Trying to get my daughter seen for her foot issue horrible. I wish I could get them zero stars.
My husband had an absolutely amazing Doctor! Dr. Ward at San Antonio Foot & Ankle. Dr. Ward has the best bedside manner. He’s very patient & knowledgeable, worked with our schedule, explained everything and was there through initial consult, surgery and every post -op visit after! Recovery was even quicker than expected after following all his recommendations for my husband who is an extremely active and competitive soccer player! Highly recommend!
Was referred here for foot pain, and Dr Gaynor was amazing! I recommend this place to anyone. The Doctors and staff are welcoming and always willing to help.
If I could give this zero stars I would dr Ward is a lier and only cares about one thing your money. 🤥 don’t go to this clinic unless you want your money stolen and want a surgery that you don’t need just so the can pocket your money they will send you an email stating you consented on things you never did please watch yourself if you go to this place and if you do seek a second opinion.
It’s been almost a year and never seen any improvement
Absolutely amazing! Dr. Ward has the best bedside manner. Very knowledgeable, worked with our schedule, explained everything and was there from consult, surgery and every post -op visit after! Highly recommend!
The greatest care from start to finish.
Great and effective service
This refers to Dr Caroline Gaynor I went went in to see dr Gaynor in March .. Said my bunion didn't need surgery .She ordered me insoles for $450.00. Never did × ray, impressions ,or anything, just asked my size. The next day I cancelled order. They told me they couldn't cancel because they were specially fitted for me . Again doesn't make sense, no x-rays, impressions, etc. She also told me that I had nail fungus under their toe nails and they can treat it with laser for $80 each. I went to another Dr to get another opinion and was told insoles wouldn't do anything for my bunion and i did not have fungus anywhere. He said they couldn't be specially made if no impressions or x rays weren't taken . I am now scheduled for surgery with the new doctor. San Antonio foot and ankle is still trying to make me pay for insoles that we're NOT! specially made for me, and I did not got them. DO NOT GO HERE !!! It is almost August and the staff and doctor are still harassing me. Even sent insoles in mail this week, but I sent back unopened.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
