Scott Worrich's Online Review Report Card

First of all, I have written all good reviews about DR. Worrich and PA Stevenson . ( I just read about urine samples, and as a Nurse, did not like the idea of so many samples left in the " box" for anyone to tamper with! ) My problem now is that we are doing phone visits . I do not TEXT AND HATE CELL PHONES except for taking pictures! I missED one visit long ago. Just recently, one was scheduled, I have told every one, every office , DO NOT CALL MY CELL PHONE,CALL MY HOME PHONE !They all want cell # anyhow! I have had phone visits with my family DR. and NO PROBLEM ( HOME PHONE ) had a phone visit in April WITH DR.Worrich. Office claimed they called me and I did not answer, SO, I had to schedule again, in order to get MY PAIN MEDS. ( remember, I have a working HOME PHONE AND ANSWER MACHIINE AS WELL AS FAX. ) I had the next app. on wed. May 18th. at 12:45 AM, also had a dentist app. same day at 3:00 PM. My friend , vicki, came over to take me to Dentist. I said I was waiting for DRs. call. THE PHONE DID NOT RING,AND LEAVE A MESSAGE, I WAS HERE AND SO WAS VICKI. got home from dentist, played around with cell phone, and THERE WAS A MESSAGE ! I called office, and they said they had called home phone SEVERAL TIMES ! THAT FOLKS , IS NOT TRUE, THE PHONE RINGS, MY MESSAGE COMES ON, I USUALLY PICK UP SOON AS I HEAR IT'S SOMEONE I KNOW! I asked to speak to DR. WORRICH, and they would not let me! ( I WAS P%#$ D !!! ) I have called Medicare, to see what to do. My next app. I HAVE TO GO IN,AM IN WHEELCHAIR,AND BRO. HAS TO COME OUT AND DRIVE ME THERE AND BACK-A PROBLEM!! APP. is NOT TILL JUNE 28TH.AND I AM WITHOUT ANY PAIN MEDS TILL THEN!!! THIS IS NOT GOOD MEDICAL CARE! I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON- BUT I WANT TO TALK EYE TO EYE WITH THE NURSE THAT LIED ABOUT CALLING ME ON HOME PHONE, TWO TIMES IN A ROW NOW !!MEDICARE GAVE ME THE # TO FILE A COMPLAINT,BUT I NEED TO TO SPEAK TO WORRICH FIRST ! HIS STAFF IS AT FAULT, AND I AM PAYING FOR IT WITH LOSS OF NEEDED MEDS !!This old Nurse knows better than to let it slide, no one in medicine has an excuse for lying !!! ON TOP OF THAT, THE PERSON RESPOSIBLE IS RUINING THE DR.S PRACTICE !! SAD!!!

Dr. Worrich is the BEST Doctor ever!

I have been seeing DR. Worrich , and PA Stevenson, for several yrs. now. I know that often when a DR. is good, patients jut don't say much, but if not happy, it's all over FB and reviews ! I'm surprised to not see more GOOD reviews, because in my experience with the DR. and PA, it could not have been better !! He has tried so hard to give me pain relief, from a back, " bone on bone", "both knees torn" and getting injections and more for that. both shoulders torn, and now SEVERE arthritis in neck . He is very understanding, I have never felt " rushed or any "new pain" ignored" ( he has a BIG job with me !!) Could have been a " short story ",but as a disabled Nurse, I look up all DRs. before I visit, and Thank God I found , with visits, he IS THE BEST !! dolores

Dr. Worrich has been my Pain Management Doctor for several years. I have had 3 back surgeries as well as a Nerve Stimulator implanted. Dr. Worrich has helped me manage my pain and see the "Light at the end of the tunnel." His positive attitude and medical knowledge have given me more pain free days and a better quality of life. My back issues will be with me forever, but I know that Dr. Worrich and his team will help me every step of the way.

I do not normally write reviews, but I have been coming to this clinic for years and needless to say, they have become like family.I was diagnosed at the age of 15 with early onset arthritis, I suppose a generic term for what many doctors have yet to figure out. I was in a horrible car accident years ago and broke my neck riding my horse. I am an extremely active mom with 3 girls and a lot of responsibility, before I came to see PA Stevenson I had seen other doctors that DID provide fairly good care, yet I felt as though I was being judged in some way. How can someone that is so active and be in great shape have so much pain? For the first time I met Stevenson, I felt he believed me...not only that, but compassion. He knows his patients well and seems to have a gift for knowing what they’re going through. I believe it is not only his generous heart, but an accumulation of his own experiences in life. I do hate to admit this...yet a few times after leaving this clinic , I was teary. Not tears of sadness per se, tears that someone cared enough to help. I have the ability now to ride my horse, cook,paint, take care of my children and become the mother I wanted to be. I’ts not perfect, but my quality of life is so much better than it was 6 years ago. These doctors care. Wait time is maybe 10 minutes at most. They’re extremely fast and efficient at what they do and have that magic touch with injections if needed. Like I said I do have a hard time expressing my emotions, but I feel they deserve this review. More of their patients should take the time to write one. Thank you PA Stevenson and all his colleagues for your dedication and empathy! It’s not easy to navigate chronic pain, nor is it easy to .... Im only assuming to NOT become frustrated with patients? They have a great gift! Five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Yay for good physicians!

I've got a dreadful disease that only 7% of the World population have Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome (RSD) Type II that's a 24/7 painful nightmare that exceeds the norm of 10 being the most incredible amount of pain that human beings can tolerate. When we moved to San Antonio, Texas in 2015 I had to start all over again with setting up my Doctors. I'm indeed blessed to have found Dr. Worrich who was recommended by our new Neighbors that had been with him for years for their own painful diseases. I can't say enough about how thorough he is with every aspect of my own specific disease. There's nothing more painful than RSD Type II and I'm in very good capable hands with Dr. Scott Worrich, the best ever choice for people suffering with diseases that wind up in the infamous pot of unknown 24/7 beyond anyone's comprehension of the worst pain that anyone can ever imagine PE-RI-OD point.?? I was a patient of Dr. works for a long time 10 years he stood up for me in court when child services tried to tell me that my pain meds were causing me to be a bad mom which wasn’t true and then in 2017 I went in for a routine drug test on 12 January they got it back 24 January I saw him on 9 February on 20 February they called me and said they were dropping me as a patient because I tested positive for an illicit substance no way I don’t do those kind of things never have there was more urine specimens in the little window along with mine so when I got that phone call I was devastated that they wouldn’t even talk to me about it they immediately sent me a letter dismissing me as a patient gave me one last script of my pain pills but not my patches which are highly addictive as well and told me to decrease by one every three days well at the time my husband and still is a licensed chemical dependency counselor he said that is not a proper winning schedule and I was going to get very sick if I did not find another doctor to manage the pain I was in because it’s obvious I needed those So I went and began a search for a pain management doctor was turned down by six different doctors found one not real happy with him getting better but he treated me like I was a drug attic am I did a hair follicle test because I was still well within my 90 days if I had done the illicit drug it would’ve showed up I paid for it prove to them that I didn’t do what they said I did Dr. Warwick has his own lab where he sends his specimens for testing it is very well possible that someone either switched urine with me or they got my urine mixed up with somebody else’s urine but even after all that and it still hurts me today because I thought he was a really caring doctor and really valued his patients and really wanted to help them it doesn’t appear to be it was the first time I’ve ever had a bad UA because I just don’t do things like that I don’t even drink anyway I would still go back to them today if they would have me I just want to feel comfortable when I walk into a doctors office and not scared to death because the pain that I am in is debilitating at times I have two small children At home who are special needs I just turned 51 and I can’t just lay down when I don’t feel good because of my children my pain is not controlled and my doctor now made it very clear to me don’t come back and ask for more he cut me by half and expects me to be OK on that anyway that’s my story with Dr. Warwick in PA Stevenson refused to put your urine in the window with other specimens in there I would make the nurse take it from your hand I do that now at the new Dr..
