Went in this week for CO2 laser and Diana was AWESOME!! She has done other laser services for me before and I have always been very happy with my results. She is always prompt and professional yet she truly makes me feel cared for.

I am disappointed in being treated like a pocket book by the frint desk my last two visits. They seem to just want to sell me product. I have been coming to Spa black for over 10 years. This last time I went in for my RF microneedking - mind you this is the 5th one I get. I arrive and the gal at the front desk pulls out a box of some product and asked if I had mine already. I said no. She proceeds to tell me, "You HAVE to get this if you're getting microneedling." I informed her I was never told that. I then said I then stated I didn't have additional money that day. She says, "OH is money and issue?" I then asked the price, she says "$500, but I'll let you have for $99 today." That infuriated me because how can you now try to sell something first $500 and in a second go down by 400%. Imagine if I was foolish enough to let her pressure me into HAVE to for $500. So i don't know what management is up to there, but I'm not feeling very welcomed by the front desk staff lately. I spend $1000s each year alone and apparently it's still not enough.

Diana is truly the best injector! She’s knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely cares about your results. I felt completely comfortable for my first time injections—she explained everything. I wouldn’t come back and see anyone else!

Diana is an amazing Aesthetician, she is easy to talk to and explain the treatment veary clearly. I have had hair problems for years and with her help I'm really seeing a difference in my appearance, this was something I really needed to feel more confident and comfortable. Highly recommend her for any appointments. 😄

SPA BLACK at the Deer Oaks Branch had a TKO with the laser hair removal. I initially bought a Groupon for upper legs hair removal. I have had hair removal at 2 other Medical Spas in San Antonio and my results were not as effective and the laser machines were not as advanced with the cooling mechanisms which caused more discomfort with those other treatments. Diana, my esthetician, is very professional and experienced. With such a good experience with my first hair removal treatment (a series of 6), I purchased a series of 6 more hair treatments for the Brazilian region due to the comfort of the laser technology machine and precision and professionalism that Diana gave me. Diana is the BEST! Such an amazing package of services to enjoy each month at a reasonable price. She’s also so understanding and flexible with me when I’m stuck I traffic/caught up at work/ etc and have to shift my appointment times around. I can’t say enough about great my experience has been since I began seeing her 6 months ago. Thanks so much!!
