Sparrowhouse spam texted me to book an appointment after I found them on instagram and I requested more info, and after reading through the website I wasn’t sure what services I needed, so I replied to their texts and sent a picture of myself asking what was best for my problem areas and shortly after, they literally ghosted me. I attempted to book *twice* following up, and they literally never replied again. These services range from $300-$1000, I think it’s a bit unprofessional to not reply to someone who desired to be a new and hopefully repeat client. I found another med spa and they were happy to answer my questions and book me. Looking forward to my first of monthly hydrafacials, Botox, and laser treatments with them… They answered all my questions and did not treat me like an inconvenience, therefore, they get my business.

The laser to remove eyebrow tattoos is a fraud, it doesn't remove the brown color and the black very little, from $99 dollars per session you end up paying $1000 dollars and the result does not even reach 50%, I don't recommend it at all.

Audrey is Amazing. She shows and teaches you about what she recommends and why. She is very thorough and patient. I appreciate her being so knowledgeable and kind throughout our appointments. I’d definitely recommend her and have. I can’t wait to get some Laser treatment with Sarah next.

I really am so happy with my Botox treatment I received at Sparrow House. Audrey the nurse injector was so kind & very knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back for all my Botox & filler needs. On top of that I love seeing Sarah for all my laser needs.

Unprofessional and inconsistent. I was referred here for a small tattoo removal and needed to go elsewhere to finish the job. They were often late. I needed to remind them of our upcoming appointments. Often the staff would not be available to check me in and the technician would also often be late and unprepared for the appointment.

Sarah is the best when it comes to skin care. I was very nervous coming in but Sarah really made my visit very comfortable and I really love the results I got on my skin. I will definitely be back to see here!!!

I came to Sparrow House looking to lessen my dark and puffy eyes. After a very informative consultation, I decided to go with the Laser Tear Trough Correction. After 4 short weekly sessions I am incredibly pleased with the results. My under eyes are smoother, brighter and tighter which really helped to lessen the puffiness. Sarah is very professional and comfortable and puts you at ease every step of the way, as it can be a bit uncomfortable if you have a lower pain tolerance. I will definitely be going back for the recommended annual treatment. It is a great less expensive option for under eye treatment.

Audrey did my botox and filler and IM IN LOVE. I had never had anything done before so I was a little apprehensive, however, the ladies there gave me such a great experience and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I will definitely be going back ❤️❤️
