Fui a este lugar todo bien por el momento pero cuando trato de comunicarme en su oficina es imposible que me respondan la doctora no hizo su trabajo en rellenar las fórmulas para el medicamento y mi aseguradora tiene problemas para comunicarse con ellos por nadie responde el teléfono que mal servicio al cliente..

Very thorough, great PCP She usually has same-day appointments, very thorough. You don’t wait ages in the waiting area. Very professional.

Visited Dr Sujata for wheezing issue and she ordered blood work and X-ray. For the next appt to review the results scheduled time but 9 mins before the appt time they changed to zoom with a nurse and I was already very near to their office. I requested them in person as I am uncomfortable with zoom. But they asked me to pay $35 for rescheduling which is incorrect. When I asked they never informed me abt zoom apt how can I be responsible to pay the amount Today they called me and asked to change my PCP as Dr sujata is not willing to attend the patient due to busy and she sees only new patient sch. I paid for my lap reports and X-ray and Dr Sujata has not walked me through the results and they sent a copy and asked to change PCP as I canceled the appointment as this does not make sense and this shows how much due care Dr Sujata takes on a sick person who came with trust to cure a patient. Paid $35 for her first visit and for lap and X-rays and when we change PCP they ask to take the tests again. This has really caused lot of stress and time and money wastage.

Dr. Gerineni — Defined what a great doctor is — thorough, caring, knowledgeable. I highly recommend her. Also, I like her NPs, staff & that I never have to wait for more than 5 or 10 min at my appts, and the patient portal is amazing. If you ask a question, you always receive an answer or call promptly.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sujatha Gerineni. She truly took her time during my visit and never made me feel rushed. I’ve been searching for a primary care physician for a while, and I’m so happy I found her. The office was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the wait time was short. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and attentive PCP.
