Amazing place great ortho and pedo staff and amazing front desk!! Especially kim she is amazing!!!
love this office just moved here great ortho and pedo staff.
I do not recommend this dentist office for pediatric dental care. They pressure you to do X-rays for your small child every 6 months. My child had no need for X-rays having all baby teeth and no medical issues. THEY DO THIS SO THEY CAN BILL INSURANCE EVERY 6 MONTHS. They also charge a fee and take at least 10 days to transfer records if you want to go to a different practice. Be smart about your child’s dental care, your child DOES NOT need X-rays every 6 months unless there is some sort of medical issue that warrants it.
The staff is great and they accommodate my son who is autistic and they help to keep him calm
We love Sunshine for our kids! They are kind, calm, and experts at their care. Since they care for kids, they are unphased by a screaming child unsure of the dentist and make their exams thorough, but as quick as possible. I would recommend them to any parent searching for a dentist!
There is almost always no clerk in the front. Only reason we keep coming back is because they have good dentist here. But the clerks need to get their stuff together.
The kids love the waiting area but it takes almost an hour before you're called to the back for the kids appointments. We've been here a total of 3 times and not one have we gone back at the kids appointment time. Today the set time was 10:30am. It's now 11:20am and someone who got here after us was called back a minute ago. Is this because I book my two kids at the same time? Does this happen to everyone?
If you are a parent to a neurodivergent kiddo please be cautious of this place. I filled out paperwork and verbally told the lady cleaning my son's teeth that she needed to explain what was happening to him and she would not. Instead she scared him and made him cry while telling him not to cry and that he was ok. He was clearly not ok and she just continued without any sympathy for how he was feeling. We were bulldozed from the beginning of the appointment to the end. We were scheduled and expected to pay $2000 for dental work and no one stopped to ask if we even had the funds for this. They just put us on an appointment list for a month away. When I asked questions about billing I was told that I could call their other location for answers. Absolutely will not be returning. Even the dentist that came in had horrible bedside manner.
I brought my 5-year-old here for a dental emergency due to tooth pain. At the time there was no swelling, and he was prescribed amoxicillin for a suspected infection. A few days later my son developed noticeable swelling in his cheek, so I called the office hoping they could either see him again or possibly change the antibiotic. Instead, I was told he needed to go to the ER and no other help or attempt to re-evaluate him was offered. As a parent, that was really frustrating and scary. I understand that sometimes the ER may be necessary, but I was hoping they would at least try to see him again or help guide us with next steps. Thankfully I contacted another pediatric dentist, Little Dental Pediatric, and they saw my son right away. They evaluated him, made a clear plan for extracting the tooth, and prescribed a different antibiotic. I’m very grateful for the care we received elsewhere, but I wish this office had shown more compassion and willingness to help when my child’s condition changed.
Staff knew the doctor wouldn't be in and allowed me to come. Staff knew I needed to have my sons tooth restored and chose to let us see someone who wasnt planning on helping anyway. No option was given to reschedule with my child's regular dentist. No option was given for treatment. An immediate referral out to a general practice. Stating the dentist present wasnt comfortable doing the work and was positive my son's regular dentist also didn't want to do it. So they allowed us to drive 45 mins charge me a copay and then charged for the referral and xrays to do nothing absolutely nothing. All of which could have been stated on the phone and not wasted my time or money. I requested a refund and was told that Joe A. the director of finance wasnt available to speak with as if he was the only one in the entire billing department. Kimberly C and Jennifer V. Refused to provide medical records and any signed paperwork. Refused to provide the notices and standard hipaa paperwork given at any doctor's visits. Office manager Refused to speak with me and no names or any information was planning on being given. I had to get loud to even get the receptionist name as she refused to uncover her name tag. The explanation given was "I dont know who you talked to." When I stated "you I spoke to you. Its on camera I just spoke to you!" She stated "oh I didnt know you needed to have restoration." I stated "im sorry when we spoke I stated I needed his tooth fixed today. And at no point did you say his dentist wasnt here. You stated that the dentist we were seeing was the only one in office that could do it. So knowledge was there." She then refused to speak any more. This office 100% owes me an apology and 50 dollars. Which doesnt include my time, which was 100% wasted. By far the absolute worst service Ive encounter from anyone in the medical field.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
