Terrible. Just terrible. I have had numerous horrible experiences and I'm happy they finally dropped me as a patient. They switch therapists every 2-3 months (which can bring you out of network.) I had difficulty paying for appointments (which they collect beforehand) when I was on a certain health insurance plan. They cancelled my appointments due to nonpayment and I unknowingly was wracking up "canceled" appointment penalties which I had to pay off $200 in full in order to be seen again. I switched insurances, and then didn't have this problem anymore. I waited 10 months for a therapist to be in network. And when I was finally able to have my therapy session, I had JUST arrived to another state, and they told me they can't service me anymore because I was no longer in Texas. (I was considered homeless in the state of Texas, and I was only in the other state for a week before seeing a therapist). This place dropped me when I needed help the most, and it seems to be a pattern from them. I do not recommend them. Try them out, but you'll be disappointed even if you have expectations for subpar treatment. If you're desperate for treatment, you're better off waiting for somewhere better.

Prescriptions take forever to get called in. They never answer their phone. I go days without medication because the doctor doesn't send in the prescription.

We booked an appointment a month or so in advance with all of the details of our medical needs, and received a call a week before telling us that the services we requested were not available at their clinic. Not only were all of our needs provided at the time of booking, they wasted a good 2-3 weeks of our time waiting for care and anticipating that help is on the way. Appointments at other locations that we could have booked is now likely full. The person who called wasn't sorry at all about the situation but focused on her needs -- to tell us that they can't provide the service and to get our approval to cancel the appointment. Very disappointing clinic that has ironically worsened our mental health state due to this negligence.
