Don’t believe this sign if you have a walk in …plan to wait 3x as long as whatever their sign says.
has a lot of resources that help
Dr. Geise quickly refilled my prescription after I ran out of medication. He’s an excellent doctor.
Not a good place to go the wait time is unbelievable I waited 3 hours just to give some paper work would not recommend to people better of somewhere else.
They helped me at a very vunerable time in my life. I am so grateful for this center.
These people : case managers, medical assistants and doctors are all unprofessional. They must be under paid and are definitely under trained. I receive medical injections here and have been injured by an assistant administrating the medication. My blood was drawn for lab work and I leave with bruises on both arms. The wait time is unacceptable. More than 45 min over appointment times every time. Over booked. No explanation or apology for the wait. Avoid this place at all costs.
Nice
There are so many things I could say about this place. The turnover is astronomical. Dr. Paul Geist lacks social skills and bedside manner. I was once forcefully hospitalized because I declined to take a voluntary assessment and survey and dared to question their medical practices (I also used to work for this company). On the physical MD side, their doctor is very unhelpful and fatphobic and while I agree that a healthy diet and exercise is important to maintain a healthy lifestyles, she completely dismissed my concerns regarding my bladder issues just because it had to be my weight despite I never having this issue in my entire almost thirty years of life. She wouldn't write me a referral or even examine my concern because she assumed that it must be weight related despite me not being pre-diabetic and my panels coming out in a healthy range. I just didn't visually look pleasing enough despite regularly exercising. I receive services here because my employer does not offer insurance, and there is medication that I receive for my mental health that I absolutely need to take regularly to function. I will not be using their services for MD primary care again because of this and because they refused to honor my instructions on my chart that decline to continuously take surveys not relevant to my visit and previously already physically writing/documenting this for their Healthcare professionals to review before my visit and not ask me triggering questions related to previous SA, eating D/O, and other past medical events/trauma that will never change since it has already happened. If you can afford to do so, seek medical care and treatment elsewhere by providers that won't talk down to you or treat you like a second class citizen.
Had an appointment scheduled with a case manager yesterday. They never called. Called the appointment line several times wanting answers and to know if I was going to be seen. 24 hours later and still no call back. Please do better.
The staff are all very nice but they never answer the phone when I call.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
