I was assaulted by Giovanni Gomez LPC-I who worked there and I did not receive adequate assistance in reporting him from any staff no matter to whom I reported it.

Unfortunately this is this the only option available for care for our teenage daughters. As a parent my biggest frustration is their lack of communication, they don't answer emails, appointments get canceled, appointments aren't available more than 5 days at a time because of state rules or something.I know it's probably state funded but it's frustrating trying to reach anyone half the Tim time or get simple answers to simple questions.

Tony young was very rude and disregarded my mental health he was very unprofessional in handling a mental health crisis I called here to get help and was treated with extreme disrespect and was belittled and talked to with a condescending tone riddled with attitude and back handed comments that I didn’t ask for. I’d assume they have better training for a facility like this dealing with such a serious field of health
