Case managers don't connect with us. Been trying to get help with benefits for social security since I started getting help from yall. Feel like they don't care just slipping through. But they only remember about the assessment and make one app and that's it. Plus it sad that all the run around to leave or fill a complaint out for the hhs gov. Feel like I'm not getting the benefits of my rights.

After waiting for 5 hours to see a doctor.a woman at the intake call me. She was very cold.and agressive.as if she was the owner of the place.did not give me an answer to my case. Do not waste your time there.if you can afford a private doctor.for your mental illness Jan 2022

talk to my Dr. and prescribed me a few meds like last Week or so, with that being said nothing was never sent to my Pharmacies. been calling this place to ask the status of my prescription. I left voicemails to the nurses and say they’ll call me back in 30mins since I’ve had my Appointment. Pls don’t waste your time here. It’s frustrating. I give up!!!!

Ms Brent is the sweetest person in the facility and the intake lady's are very nice and professional plus the case workers are always attended to needs might wait in the long for a while for your appointment but its worth waiting toget the help you need
