I hate giveing the one star. I will never bring any of my children to this place. My daughter had her 1st baby here and I sware we have met more rude ugly people in this place, it is unreal. I really hate my insurance paid in fullBe4 this horrible experience because this place does not deserve what they charge.
Had a great experience here at the celebrate dental.every appointment I have everyone was so friendly.will recommend to friends and family.
This review is for Kidstop only. 90% of the time I come here with my daughter I leave in tears with frustration. My daughter gets labs quite often as she’s a heart transplant patient and it doesn’t matter if her orders say TIME SENSITIVE or how many times I come to the front desk to remind them… they’re ALWAYS LATE. That means my daughter get her anti rejection medications late bc she can’t take her meds until after blood draw. We’ve waited anywhere from 45 mins to 1 and a half hours from the time we get there. Registration employees blame it on nurses and nurses blame it on registration. In the past couple of years we’ve been coming(btw this is where our transplant coordinators in Houston send us) I’ve spoken to two different supervisors on both front desk and nurses side and still NO change. Same thing. As I’m typing this, standing waiting, a lady just came up and frustratingly asked why it’s taking so long. Most of us have sick children and have had stressful journeys already, the last thing We should be worried about is getting labs done on time. I will be looking for further assistance on this issue to continue to advocate for my child and for other families bc something needs to be done.

ER staff is rude, Sooo long on wait times, Staff in the back were just sitting around gossiping. They seemed not to care about the kids there. They made zero effort to run testing on my daughter who we later found out has covid they made no effort to address concerns.
Extremely tired of holding back comments. My 18 month old son is having his first surgery today and I can’t be there to hold his hand. There is the stupid policy of only the two parents to be there and can’t bring siblings. My youngest is 2 weeks old and only breastfeeding. I can’t leave him with a sitter and I can’t be there for my son with PWS for his first surgery. Thank you for these stupid COVID laws and having no heart. I am beyond disappointed with this hospital. Where has kindness gone? What’s left for the future…
Don’t recommend coming here anymore. My son fell on their property outside their clinic by a small ramp slide they made and my nurse and son fell from that ramp slide. They knew that we were going to press charges and hide the fact that the removed the ramp and put in a strip of dirt to cover it up like my sons never fell. Then trying to come for appointments one of them was canceled due to a doctor not being available and the other was not being told ahead of time that no scans no appointment. Ridiculous utterly ridiculous. I’m going back on base for my sons appointments terrible service. Make sure you look at other options before you come here.
It's ridiculous 😒 how they do things here. They have me waiting for hours while I'm going threw contractions. I did my registration online when I was 6 months. Now they are telling me that they can't find me on the system. I'm in pain and my water broke. I also called ahead of time because it was my first time. The lady answered rudly making me feel stupid while I was explaining her responds was with a ahuh.. yeah.. okay... so sarcastically.
Our family is very frustrated and disappointed in the service provided here. We were scheduled for TWO months for our 6 month old to be seen for his cleft palate. He has a difficult time eating and sleeping due to his complications. Waited one month for the referral. They wouldn't schedule me without one. Then another month on top to be seen. Finally on the day of his appointment, February 2nd at 8:30 they called and his appointment was supposed to be at 9:30 they said he can't be seen due to his provider quitting two months ago, very kind they knew this for so long and only notified our family one hour before his appointment that we've been waiting for months for. We already had our other 3 children being babysat, and my husband took off work to come as well...We spoke with the manager Kat and she said she'd call me and get me in as soon as possible. Per an email I just received she scheduled me for practically two months out with a different provider at the end of MARCH. Simply stating my son fell through the cracks... I'm sorry my son needs better care than this and will be choosing somewhere that'll make his care number one. Will not be recommending or choosing this facility for any care or service in the future for our family.
An experience that almost cost a life. My granddaughter was born a micro preemie at San Antonio Childrens hospital and they misdiagnosed her. They couldn’t figure out why she would stop breathing. She coded three times before we reached out to Dells childrens hospital whom made a quick diagnoses OVER THE PHONE! They wanted to send her home on a tracheotomy at SA Hospital. Each time she coded she was without oxygen for five minutes! They had no answers! We got her over to Dells childrens hospital and they told us she was malnutrition (she was at SA childrens for 5 months) and was having bronchospasms (they see it all the time at Dell). Then, a day after our transfer request, this NICU becomes a 4 level! I don’t see how and this made it very difficult for us to transfer to Dell! They do not have experience enough. Three premature babies passed while my granddaughter was there. So very sad. Horrible place and it’s like a prison especially with COVID! Nobody can make life changing decisions or stay up there except one person who gets exhausted!! We have her home now on low flow oxygen and gtube. Praying she doesn’t have any neurological issues from being without oxygen.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
