List of The Emergency Clinic At The Pearl's Reviews
Excellent professional service. Was admitted quickly. Beware, they do not accept medicare advantage plans.
I feel better
I’m pregnant and had such a bad cough my ribs hurt consistently. The staff was so nice and understanding. The front desk staff did a great job of explaining what I would be charged and how it would work with my insurance. The doctor was very caring and gave options based on me being pregnant. The nurse did a great job of explaining the treatment and risk. I ended up having pneumonia, there is a good chance this clinic saved me and my babies life.
Amazing staff. We had an amazing experience and everyone was so helpful. Definitely Recommend them.
Everyone was very attentive and kind. Would definitely recommend this location if you’re in need of an emergency clinic
My experience at this emergency facility was superb. The staff was courteous and physicians were attentive, and professional! They took the time to explain how to administer treatment. Tremendous help for my situation. The follow up is also extraordinary! I recieved a phone call, and after my questions they again helped further. Over all an extremely positive experience!
Staff was super attentive and caring. They truly listened to your concerns, ran thorough diagnostics and didn’t just assume what’s wrong with you
The doctor was unprofessional , the nurse was rude and standoffish , I believe the other nurse helping me for the night was hard of hearing or something— they all seemed to be too busy to actually figure out what was going on with me.. at one point the doctor saying, “I have other emergencies to tend to.” And leaving me in the room at 30 minutes at a time. Not good. The only person who was good at her job was the front desk worker.
Fast service. Friendly staff.
Professional and attentive staff. Excellent care and follow through.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
