Cannot deny the good dental service. However, be cautious with their billing. Your account when “itemized” will reflect zero. They will continue to bill you saying a billing cycle refreshed. They will use the excuse saying their system has not updated and auto payments were not working. Thus, leaving you with a fairly high bill. There billing strategies are confusing and misleading. If you get billing to return a call you should have good chances at winning the Powerball. Communication training and transparency are two areas where training is needed. When inquiring about a ZeRo ToTAl BaLaNcE, don’t take it as such $0.00). The ToTaL iS NoT tHe SaMe aS CuRrEnT bAlAnCe. My third grader even understands that.

After I posted a review about my experience with the Brooks location, this office contacted me directly and encouraged me to schedule with them instead. I was told they would accommodate my family and that my situation was a “coachable moment” for the Brooks office. Based on that assurance, I scheduled appointments for both of my children. However, just two days before the appointment, I received a call saying they may only be able to treat one of my children because the original appointment was not scheduled correctly. I was also told that the employee who scheduled it is no longer with the company. This has been incredibly frustrating. I have spent a significant amount of time on the phone trying to resolve these issues, and now, at the last minute, my schedule and plans for the morning are once again disrupted. I had hoped this office would provide a smoother experience, but unfortunately, that has not been the case.
