I am writing a review of “Jeff”, Physiotherapist, with Touchstone Health, San Antonio, TX. Jeff was WONDERFUL. He was professional, compassionate, excellent listening, spoke perfect English. His skills & knowledge of physio were excellent. He was always on-time. Always in clean & tidy scrubs. Had a good sense of humor & encouraged my husband to keep going & have faith. I highly support & recommend this young man.

Jeff with Touchstone Health was an outstanding physical therapist for my mom. He was kind, knowledgeable, reliable, and always professional. He took the time to explain everything, treated my mom with patience and respect, and genuinely cared about her progress and well-being. His encouragement and expertise made a real difference, and we always felt confident she was in excellent hands. We are truly grateful for the exceptional care he provided and highly recommend Touchstone Health.

Jeff is a true professional. The exercises he taught me and led me through are/were very effective for improving my physical condition. In addition he was very proficient in answering all my questions. He was immediately able to build my confidence in him and his knowledge of the body and what it requires for good health. If I should need a physical therapist in the future, I hope it would be Jeff. He is very personable and knows his business thoroughly. I recommend him without reservation.

I have been receiving home health physical therapy for over four years and have had countless agencies come to my home most of the time with no real improvement. I started using touchstone health services and my nurse Jessica and therapist Randy are responsible for changing my life. Jessica took upon herself to help me overcome major obstacles preventing me from receiving the care I needed. Because of Jessica I’m receiving the right medication I needed and now have an appointment with a pain clinic. Then there’s Randy my physical therapist. I’ve been receiving home therapy for over four years and no one comes close to his dedication and care he provides. He has help me to become more focused and a lot stronger. His ability to diagnose and come up with a treatment plan is better than anyone I’ve ever dealt with. I recommend you try touchstone for your home health care needs.

I was soooo pleased with the care i received from Patricia snd Jeff.. they were sooo wonderful to work with.. They were so cordial and supportive and gave me the gentle nudge i needed to do more than i thought i could.. I was blessed to have them..

Physical therapy went very well with Jeff,...appreciate all time and help.

I recently was diagnosed with a torn rotator cuff and three other things wrong in my shoulder. It was very painful and swollen, and I could not even raise my arm at all. I was blessed to have a physical therapist Randy that helped in so many different ways. He was so knowledgeable, caring, and supportive, he was able to read the room and show me exercises that I was able to do. he never pushed me harder than what I could do physically. Randy On more than one occasion when he left my house he called back within an hour to check and make sure everything was OK because at the same time I was having blood pressure problems. Like I said, supportive, caring a blessing. I want you to know that as of today, I can raise my arm above my head. I can hold things I can pick things up that are really heavy, he showed me exercises that I was able to do and not have to have surgery done. A major surgery that was going to be the complete shoulder replacement. Because of the physical therapist Randy I am now able to use my arm almost perfectly and I will not have to get surgery. What a blessing he is.

I have had a very positive experience using Touchstone for 2 months following a big revision surgery with total hip replacement. After not being able to walk unassisted for the year and a half prior to my surgery, I had a lot of weakness and pain. My physical therapist, Jeff, is incredible! He saw how important it was to me to walk independently again and, by teaching me the things to do and pushing me only to the point I could safely and steadily improve, he helped me to meet that goal in a short amount of time! My journey will continue on with additional outpatient PT, but Jeff will always hold a special place for what he did to assist me in the critical post-op weeks. My home health nurse, Angel, comes by her name honestly. She took a genuine interest in me, not just medically, but as a person she could she had been through a long, difficult struggle. Angel took her time and encouraged me and that has meant so much. Faith in humanity restored. “Angels” really do walk among us!

Jeffrey Ronquillo was my grandmothers physical therapist and he is a phenomenal physical therapist . When Jeff first came she struggled to get out of her bed into her wheelchair. By the time she completed her PT she expressed great gratitude that she could use her walker to go out on her back patio with her great grandchildren. He was personable and gave friendly persuasive encouragement to obtain my grandmother Rosalee's goals. We would recommend him 10/10!

Jeff did a great job with me. I was very pleased with the PT services I recieved. Will recommend to anyone needing home health services.
