I haven’t even had a visit yet and Lea at this location has been so supportive, knowledgeable and kind. I wish all doctor offices had people like this in their offices, thanks Lea!!

Im a disabled veteran and receive free care. I just found out that Touchstone Imaging turned me into collections. I informed them the VA referred me and I should not be billed. They said they'd take care of it: They didn't. I've noticed San Antonio work culture has substandard. Whats going on with the workers? There's many disconnects all around. It's not like this up North ( northern states). I constantly have to stay on top of medical offices about my referrals, billing and other things. A patient shouldn't have to stay on top of others job. The culture in San Antonio is turning into a 2nd world country....why? I don't recommend any veteran go here. Our credit is vital to everyday lives abd Big purchases for livin e.g. car, house, applications. These issues should be handled diligently. There are others imaging centers who are familiar with the VA process and won't turn you in. I should not had been billed. It's shame because I really enjoyed the staff a d facility. I tried to resolve this issues but no one a swers or returns my call.

Great customer service! My technician, Diane was great. She was very kind and knowledgeable and showed genuine concern when I had an adverse reaction to the contrast dye. She even called me later in the day to make sure I was okay.
