Amazing staff. No long waits, from front desk,Amanda & Stacy, friendly & helpful, lovely smiles & relaxing chitchat with patient (me). Patricia & Todd, in MRI room, makes the patient, feel relaxed. Very caring & helpful. STRIC, from front waiting room, to the MRI area,cleanliness 100%. Thank you STRIC,for an amazing & caring staff. Blessings.

Used this place a handful of times, xrays are pretty quick. But have had to wait 2 hours past my appt time for MRI both times. Staff is nice and I needed the work so I waited

Showed up to appointment to find out insurance declined CT scans but nobody from this location contacted me so I left. I contacted my Dr office and come to find out they informed location to do X-rays instead. These people are clueless and don’t know what they are doing. Big mess. Should have gone to another location. Never have issues there

Okay, so I have been an employee at STRIC for two years now, and I have always heard that our company was top of the line. And, boy can I attest to that after yesterday. I had been dealing with extreme pain in my right shoulder for weeks, when I finally was able to get an injection in my shoulder joint. I don't have our work insurance, so I will always have to pay a bit more if I go out of network. Something I had considered before I made my decision. Well, I thought about it and chose to have STRIC do my procedure. I wanted to stay close to what feels like family now. I post this experience because I want everyone to know that if you ever need an injection you need to visit Eddie over here at West Over. His patient care was phenomenal! He calmed my anxieties, held my hand, and most importantly put me in a state of complete trust. Our Radiologist, Dr.Crowe made the procedure feel like a walk in the park.He was precise, and I barely felt the needle go in. I couldn't believe how fast, confident, and efficient he was. Don't get me wrong the pain afterwards was hell, yet it was all worth it in the end. Eddie and Dr. Crowe helped me focus on the end goal, which was making my pain more bearable with the hopes of healing in the future.

Recently had a scan here. Clean new building. I was in and out super fast. They also made me a copy of a scan from years ago that my doc didn't even have anymore, pleasant suprise. Great customer service and location.
