Westover Primary Care's Online Review Report Card

I as referred to this office, and I had called ahead of time to ensure that they would accept my insurance as I am in desperate need to a PCP to get a referral for a GI specialist due to health complications, went to my appointment and was even early and on time. I sat 45 minutes only for the front desk girl to sit there and tell me “we don’t accept your insurance” when I know for a fact I had called ahead of time to CONFIRM that they did. I work in the medical field , and this younger front desk girl did not know this about me and had a major attitude when I tried to explain why she was having an error running my two forms of insurance but she didn’t want to hear me. Now I am stuck going Aback to an urgent care. Horrible service. I will NOT be returning.

I'm not a patient at Westover Primary Care, but I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Kristin at the front desk in a professional capacity. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and a true professional who represents the office so well. If this first impression is any indication, Westover is a great place with a strong, welcoming team.

Incredible staff, once you get past the front desk. Dr. Koretsky and NPs listen to you well, take into consideration any details you have and don't just treat you like another generic case. I had a rare instance come up, they were patient and attentive and gave me the right answer right away. Unfortunately there is always an "additional charge" - we have never walked in without being told we owe something from before. Have been told to contact via portal, but was called in reply, then told I couldn't schedule via portal and had to call in. Speaks as though this is normal; dismissive tones. Still readily going here, because after the front desk issues are handled, the treatment is top tier. Edit: Dropping a star. They called saying they had results to discuss. Called them back, did not get an answer, and left a message. If you call multiple times, they won't respond, so only call once. When do they call back? Exactly at 5pm. Wasn't near the phone so the call was missed, and their office is closed, so we're waiting the entire weekend to maybe hopefully hear from them soon. If we stay glued to the phone all day.

I started going to Westover Hills last year. I'm so happy I did. Xelena Caldwell is unlike any practioner I've ever had. She listens, she educates, she doesn't jump to extremes and does what she feels is best for her patients. Super knowledgeable and funny. I always feel hopeful and less broken after seeing her. Staff is also super nice, so shout out to all of y'all. You're making a difference.

I love this the facility. They are fast efficient and thorough. They listen to my concerns and address them all everytime. The staff is very friendly and professional. I was recommended by a friend and would definitely recommend to others.

I switched care to this office and so far, everything is great! Staff and drs are all quick to help, answer questions and their nurse practitioner was even great. Recommending them to family from now on :)

FNP Caldwell is top notch for her knowledge, professionalism, and personable manner. A well run clinic overall.
