We had a great experience at Westwood Children’s Dentistry. The staff was welcoming, patient, and so kind with my child, which made the visit stress-free. The dentist explained everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable the whole time. The office was clean, organized, and very kid-friendly. We really appreciate how caring and professional the entire team was. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a pediatric dentist they can trust!
Great dentistry, came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Everybody from the staff to Dr. Karimi are the best!
I absolutely love Dr karimi she’s super gentle with my 3 children, one of them being my 1 yr old baby, she sings to calm the kids down and I adore that! It’s always a very polite and nice environment all the workers are super friendly and welcoming, my kids love the little play room, Dr karimi is super sweet she explains everything perfectly for me to understand, we’ve been coming for years and I will never change it.
Where should I start I had my 13-year-old daughter and my 3-year-old with me when I took my 13-year-old daughter for her first visit there to get her teeth cleaning it was our first visit with this office. When they called her back to get her x-rays they didn't say anything to me at all so I waited for her to come back which she never did they took her straight in the room and started working on her never spoke to me I never met the dentist who was working on her and when I asked where she was and they told me the direction to go to get to her when I walked in the room the dentist was chewing her out non-stop the whole time she was working on her. My daughter has never had a cavity up to 13 years old but then got braces and not only did she get braces she got hardware that was very big and uncomfortable. We had the hard work taken off and then she just had the braces but not being used to having braces and caring for her teeth she wasn't doing the best job and I was glad that the dentist was talking to her about it but what I saw wasn't someone teaching a child I saw was a power trip and not only was she constantly without stop griping at her she was yelling as if she was across the room not speaking like Dennis usually do when they're over you working on you and a lower voice she was speaking like she was in an audience that she was talking to and she had to make sure she heard her. She was extremely rough with her. And then when they said they were going to put sealants on in her assistant came in I asked her to show me where she had a cavity and instead she decided to school me on what you put sealants on. Considering this is the youngest of my fifth child I feel like I know it sealants are. When she was doing that she was taking the point of the metal rod and pushing down on my daughter's teeth and my daughter moved and she told me that it did not hurt her. My daughter said yes that did hurt me. This assistant said no it did not hurt you. My daughter said yes it did and the assistant said No it did not. I said my daughter usually doesn't speak at all she's very quiet and introverted so if she says it hurt her I believe it hurt her and this isn't said no that did not hurt her. Then said to me I feel uncomfortable with this situation I'm not going to work on her anymore and walked out of the room. Worst in his office or shall I say one of the worst dentist office I've ever been to.
Love the doctor and staff.
I’ve been taking my son here since he was literally a child. He is now a junior in high school. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. They are pleasant. The dentist is extremely thorough and truly cares about her patients.
Always had a very good experience when we visit. My son has had pretty extensive dental work and Dr Karimi and her team did a fantastic job.
Great folks at this practice. Been going there for many years. Very kid friendly. Highly recommend.
Been bringing my son here since he was 6 months old and I love this office and staff. As a first time mom looking for the best of the best, I researched intensely and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Dr. Karimi is so gentle with my now 13 month old. She always makes sure to answer all my questions, even when I've asked them before, she makes sure to educate me on proper dental care for my son while encouraging and reassuring me that we're doing a good job! Love our visits. Look forward to allowing my son to grow up with this team!
The service is quick! The dentist is kind and patient with the children. She even sings "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" to help them feel at ease during their visit. The staff and receptionist greet the kids by name as soon as they enter. I really enjoy going there!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
