She is a wonderful physician. She did my first colonoscopy back in 2014. When it was time for my next exam, I went back to her. The staff made the process very easy.

Dr. Singson was a model of professionalism, guiding me through the colonoscopy and what we saw on the monitor. She accommodated my non-anesthesia procedure and made it very comfortable for me.

The center itself is an extremely busy place, a revolving door of patients being cycled in and out. The nurses and anesthesiology people are very nice and seem caring but the overall experience is very routine. When I see Dr. Singson it's in the procedure room with at least 2 other technicians and in front of them I'm supposed to relate any concerns, all while lying down draped in a sheet prior to the procedure. It was an uncomfortable situation. I never once saw or spoke to her clothed or in private, pre- or post- procedure. Post -procedure results were given to me by the recovery nurse as I was awakening from anesthesia - not the best time to retain information, and probably because of covid protocols, my husband wasn't able to hear her comments. Dr. Singson's follow-up letter stated that I had polyp(s) and the pathologist's findings were diagnostic of adenomatous polyps, with no explanation except to direct me to the website for further information. So I could only assume that the results were not problematic and the letter mentioned I would be notified of my next colonoscopy in 5 years, so I guess that means I'm ok. Dr. Singson didn't sign her name on the blank at the bottom of the letter although there was clearly a signature line. This was my 3rd colonoscopy performed by Dr. Singson. She seems very competent and I would probably consult with her about a gastro problem if one develops, but I really don't know her very well.

Dr. Singson is an excellent physician! I highly recommend her! Also, the staff & their hospital facility was great! I had an excellent experience! Top notch, without a doubt! Again, I highly recommend them for any gastrointestinal medical needs!

Dr Singson was so nice. She made a very uncomfortable procedure so much better. She was very friendly, Informative and had great bedside manner before and after the procedure. Only the “prep” was tough. I definitely recommend her for this inevitable procedure. Getting old sucks. It she’s amazing. So are her team members! See ya in 7 years.

Dr. Singson explained everything she was going to do thoroughly. She made me feel very comfortable even after my analysis. I was not frightened by anything even after she told me I had colon cancer. I feel it was her bedside manner that comforted me.
