I was very disappointed with how my daughter’s tonsillectomy went with this physician and staff. She ended up in the ER on the second night because she was vomiting up blood and passing out. I was told it was because I didn’t have her drinking enough water, made to feel like I was at fault. We later learned it was due to the fact that the incision site wasn’t cauterized enough. It was a traumatic experience for a 6yo, as well as for our entire family. I don’t think this clinic was at all equipped to handle a pediatric case. They were insensitive and callous. For $7000, I feel like we deserved much better care.

I was recommended to another ENT Dr. in Westlake who was dismissive, barely made eye contact and gave the impression that my appointment had interrupted something more important.That experience occurs too often with me and I put off getting help another two years before a colleague suggested I contact Dr. Michael Blair. He took time to thoroughly explain what needed to happen to pinpoint the problem and laid out an action plan.Most importantly, Dr. Blair seemed genuinely concerned about my well-being, answered questions and was able to point out a related issue that I'd been unaware of--all on my first visit.After my second visit, he determined that a procedure is required. I'll update afterwards, but I'm making the appointment and going in with absolute confidence.

Best ENT doctor & staff! Had endoscopy & cauterized my nose to stop horrible, chronic nose bleeds. Very excellent!

After being in excruciating pain for 2 months, I was able to see Dr. Blair, he was the best I can now get out of bed and accomplish something. I had previously been seen by several other doctors who did nothing! He changed my life! I highly recommend him! Thank you Dr. Blair!

Made 2 appointments, waited 25 minutes both times and still never got to see him. I dont think ANY doctor should make you wait more than 15 minutes, and they should let you know if they are going to be late. Very disrespectful, no regard for paitients.

My dentist sent me to see him after she diagnosed a possible deviated nasal septum. We got in to see him quickly, and surgery was scheduled a week later. I was well taken care of from beginning to end by him and his staff. My husband is also a patient and when he saw him, Dr. Blair asked how I was doing. Would recommend.
