He spoke to me for a few minutes, did not answer my questions, and made assumptions about my appearance. A nurse drew blood, and I waited for results. As they rolled in, there were far more detailed results than I’d seen before - tests I’ve never had or needed. I checked the Visit Summary Gonzales wrote, and found he’d included some symptoms I do not have and never mentioned. I called to speak to him about it; it took a week to get a call back. He told me that the symptoms he wrote down are to ensure the insurance covered all the tests. You’re evaluating for symptoms I don’t have; that’s fraud, Doc. He said he would remove the false statements from my record, “problem solved,” with a flippant response that I would have to pay for the entire lab bill myself.

Love Dr. Gonzales and staff. Its a busy office but the volume moves nicely. Everyone is positive and Doc got me set up with some specialist to solve a serious foot issue. Highly recommended. Stomp Strong!

Horrible communication from the Dr. & his staff members. Denied prescription refill but didn't contact me to let me know that I needed to schedule another Dr's appointment. I've been taking this medicine for 10 yrs. Now, I'm out of medicine on a Friday, feeling sick because of it, & they can't see me until next week. Uncompassionate! To them, it's all about the money, not the patient's wellbeing. I will be finding a new Dr.!!!

Really like Dr. Gonzalez. He listens without making me feel he’s herding me thru like cattle. He doesn’t pretend to know everything when I ask something outside of his area of expertise.

I was a first time patient. Waited 2 1/2 hours. Saw him for about 10 min max. He was not very caring and one of his nurses was down right rude. He did try to work with me but started out the conversation with sugar is bad, salt is bad and brisk walking is what you have to do this without me saying a word. I was so blown away and rushed that I forgot to tell him half of the things I needed to say. It was a bad experience.

Excellent Dr. Has helped with any medical problems I have had.

This place is horrible. Doctor doesn't listen or take time to hear your issues. The staff is even worse! Do not go here you will be treated crappy.

2 hrs behind on appointments. Staff was VERY rude and did not even apologize. Horrible practice!!!
