This place is absolutely garbage! Worst customer service. They are being investigated by adult protective services

I worked here for a time and loved my job, but it was a toxic environment. Please be aware that if you bring your family member here it’s not terrible but the CNA’s aren’t very caring. Some of them were lovely people, some just let the residents cry out when they had to go the the bathroom. One tried to force feed one of the residents, I hope they are gone. My experience with the administrator was they were uncaring and cold. If you run a nursing home you should have empathy and understanding, maybe they did and it was just not very visible. The woman who runs the dining department is the real evil, she is clearly mentally ill and needs to seek treatment. So many people go undiagnosed these days and end up being someone’s boss. Get help lady.

Find another place to care for your loved ones.We are extremely disappointed and disgusted with the type of negligence that has occurred time and time again.Our family is not unreasonable, we know that accidents happen, and that it takes time for the staff to get to know and learn about the members of their community. We have worked to help the staff understand how Alzheimer’s works. It is not One Size Fit’s all. And repeatedly have been trying to work with the staff and the director to keep our loved one safe and cared for. They have lied to our faces making it seem like everything is great.However, after multiple safety and cleanliness issues we are removing our loved one from this place.Double padding in beds, not following prescribed orders for type of food to be given (choking hazards), physical abuse cases, and lack of following orders on basic care needs such as how to toilet a patient, we have had enough of this negligence.Babies have nurses and doctors.Teens and adults have nurses and doctors.How is it that the elderly do not have a sliver of the quality and quantity of people to care for them? Because they are suffering from dementia, Alzheimer’s, or are frail, have other health issues, and don’t have as strong a voice.I wouldn’t wish this on anybody’s loved one. And I hope this helps keep some of your loved ones safe.

Quiet, full of trees set off from road. Staff is amazingly helpful & friendly. Glad my mother receiving great care.

Newly remodeled. Looks great! The staff are so genuine and caring. Highly recommend.

Best care and services we can possibly get! Love the staff and the whole feel of the place. Very cozy, warm and friendly. They truly take care of their residents as best as they possibly can. Highly recommended.

My mother works here so I here a lot about the going ons here. I would choose this retirement home over others I have seen.
