Dr. Jeremiah Brown's Online Review Report Card

Dr Brown is excellent. His exam was so thorough I think he went in one eye and came out the other and discovered the problem. I'm set for surgery pending surgery with him I pray it goes as well as his office visit. But I would work on his staff especially the assistant that works directly with him Lisa she was a little tired and worn out at the end of the day when I went in and it showed. She didn't even identify me as a patient until I asked her does she know who I am. Process of elimination says to that I was that patient but the average age in their waiting room was 65 and you don't know what faculties anyone has so it's best to identify your patient by two identifiers name date of birth or something to that effect. Then I had to make a sarcastic comment to get her name out of her because she never introduced herself. But Dr Brown in two seconds reversed the experience he walked into the room greeted me by name and introduced himself. I was the last patient of the day and I know everyone's tired I work in healthcare as well but I believe he gave me the same energy being the last patient as he did to that first patient that morning kudos to you Dr Brown you're very professional and I pray for steady hands over your your hands when you do my surgery

Dr. Brown and his staff are wonderful. I had a detached retina and horrible infection in my eye. No vision at all. Dr. Brown has restored full vision to that eye after too many visits and procedures to count. The surgery and retina recovery were a long and arduous journey but Dr. Brown and his staff were patient and kind through the whole 6 months. I will never be able to properly thank them all.

There are no words that can express the gratitude I have for Dr Brown and his staff. After 2 years of vision loss in my right eye and 7 different doctors with many many visits. I even traveled to "the best" in Houston. Numerous amounts of scans and money spent with no answers. No one was able to help me. I met Dr Brown exactly 5 days ago, I had almost full vision loss in my right eye. I had surgery yesterday and I was able to see my daughters smile for the 1st time in several months from my right eye today. I know I still have some healing to do. But this is the beginning to the rest of my wonderful life of being able to do things on my own again and feeling confident. Dr.Brown has the kindest bed side manner, he cares and knew exactly what to do. THANK YOU DR. BROWN AND HIS AMAZING STAFF!!! 👏 ❤️

Absolutely absurd. Does he think his time is more important than his patients. Multiple times I've taken my father in law and been stuck waiting 2+ hours. How can anyone think this is good business? The staff is helpful and apologetic but that doesn't make up for the complete waste of a day it is to be there. I would give 0 Stars if it were possible

We never saw the doctor because the office doesn’t disclose to you when you make a new patient appt it’s 2 hours or more. The patient absolutely has a right to know that so a choice can be made before making the effort to be on time and check in…….then you’re told about this 2 plus hour appt to be patient about. No thank you. Just as much as the doctors time is precious, so is ours. I’m sure the doctor is great. But the staff set this up for failure. Front desk ladies also carry a sarcastic undertone. First impression is a lasting one.

I am immensely grateful to Dr. Brown and his staff. I only see out of one eye, and I was terrified when a procedure required by my optometrist left me with huge black and gray “floaters.” This impacted my driving and daily living. Dr. Brown gave me excellent advice about my options and was patient with my worries. His procedure went well and I can see again! I would recommend him a hundred times over.

They are notorious for long waiting times , example : book an appointment for eleven am , not seen until three pm or so. Like a jammed up cattle yard of patients!

Dr. Brown is the most kind and professional doctor I have yet to meet. As a diabetic, I highly recommend him for your yearly exam.

This dr is way too busy!!!! He is probably good and staff seem good. I just haven't been able to get tests results from technician. So I haven't received treatment. So I still have very poor sight in one eye. I honestly would not recommend going here
