Im very impressed with Dr.Duncan. Came for a 3rd opinion, because back surgery is scary and I wanted the best I could get. I really liked how thorough he was in asking specific questions that were designed to give him the best overview of symptoms and was not geared to a sales pitched like I got from other Dr.s. He gave me a reasoned, careful evaluation of my options, and I knew he was evaluating me as a person as well as a project to be fixed. I liked how he gave me names of other doctors to go to, to see if he was giving me the best surgical outcome. I will definitely recommend! BTW, I had a great time meeting others in the waiting room. How many times have you had a party atmosphere while getting bad news? It was not so much the staff or location, as they did not participate, it was the quality of the folks being examined. Seems to be an awesome group of folks. One poor lady had multiple broken ribs, vertebrae, and etc. She had such a wonderful outlook on life. It was delightful to meet her and the many other patients coming for their next Go Round with the Dr.s! This can only come of people who are well pleased with their medical care.

Dr. Duncan had familiarized himself with my case and asked questions about my condition. He LISTENED to what I had to say and discussed options for my treatment. He is very friendly and doesn't rush the visit . Dr. Duncan is very impressive and makes me confident that I have made the right choice in picking him as my physician.

We don’t come to see you guys because all is going well. Dr. Duncan was great in his explanation and surgical options for my case. HE suggested second opinions and referred me to a possible less invasive option elsewhere. He is everything I expected out of TSAG. The team has kept my abused body vertical over the years.

Dr. Duncan is a great doctor who took his time to go over all of my back problems in a way that I could understand. He explained what my current options were and how to proceed going forward. I highly recommend Dr. Duncan as the best back doctor to see. Great office staff as well and on one appointment they made me aware that he was running a little behind and then when I did see the doctor after a short wait he apologized to me for the delay.

I was treated for over a decade for neck and shoulder pain. Once I established care with Dr. Duncan I finally got the answers and care I needed. Bed side manner is superb, the time they take with you to explain all options was far above and beyond anywhere I have been. Dr. Duncan is an excellent surgeon and his care before, during, and after surgery is top notch. If I had to go through with this surgery with this team I would a million times over. I am finally pain free after having my 3 level ACDF surgery and able to live a great quality of life again. If anyone is experiencing neck pain I highly suggest seeing Dr. Duncan and Deidra!

I leave in Manor TX and made an appointment for my lower back in July. The appointment is for tomorrow September 8th at 10:00. The office called me at 3:00 p.m. September 7th the day before the appointing stating they did not receive a disk of my previous images. This is the first they have told me it was required. I get off at 4:00 p.m., you can't get disk at the doctor's office (the prior doctor took the images) so I had to cancel the appointment I have waited 2 month's for to see Dr. Duncan. Disorganized, I wonder what Dr. Duncan would be like. smh

Back surgery performed three months ago. After suffering with pain for years, I am now pain free. I am very satisfied with Dr Duncan and highly recommend him.

My first visit Doctor Duncan was running behind schedule but made up for it in the visit. He explained my MRI and x-rays very clearly. He gave me multiple treatment options and recommendations. Did not try to push me towards any particular treatment. Overall, I recommend the office and Dr. Duncan.
