I went to this spa to explore getting botox. they had a yappy dog pulled the door closed as they saw I had my service dog with me. when I told the woman why I was there she said you are not coming in and they are closed. Their site said they opened at 10 am and it was past 10:30. I had heard good things about them but being that they do not abode by ADA laws, I would not recommend them. I assume it was Jamie who answered the door the owner of the spa. Never been turned away due to my disability and very disappointed to have to write such a review.

I got Jeaveaux injected and everything was fine for 2 weeks. Went back and got a touch up, broke out any rash all over my head and scalp and back. Have called several times to report this and ask for advice, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK AND IT HAS BEEN A MONTH NOW I AM SUFFERING. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON FOR YOUR INJECTABLES THEY ARE NOT GOING TO OWN UP TO OR TAKE CARE OF YOU IF YOU HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION. I WOULD THINK THAT A REGISTERED NURSE WOULD AT LEAST BOTHER TO CALL HER CLIENT BACK WHEN THEY BREAK OUT IN A RASH ALL OVER THEIR HEAD BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEY'RE WAY TOO BUSY IT SEEMS TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR CLIENTS.

If you want a profession, yet laughing experience you came to the right spot. The Botox Boss has a great personality in a warm and comfy work environment. I have received numerous treatments out of the blue and have been happy with them ever since. The Botox Boss is a gentle person when it comes to sticking people.
