It was a great experience staff were welcoming and friendly!..my doctor was awesome!
This place literally helped save my life. The staff is kind and understanding. Thank you so much for all that you guys do for the mental health of the community! ♥️
Run to the Hills, People!! So where do I begin?? Right from the get go, I would catch flak and attitude from every single staff member I've encountered. They insult my intelligence, demean me, are rude to me, and go way out of their way to not help. Here is the first example.... Example #1: On Saturday, May 7th, I was going to attempt suicide. I spoke to a member of the crisis team. Who rather than listen to what I had to say, they decided it would be a good idea to argue with me about what my zip code was. Not answer me. Not acknowledge me. Straight up disrespect me. So I hung up. I almost succeeded in my task to end my own life, but was intercepted by the police. (Knowing what I know about Bluebonnet Trails now, I sincerely wish I finished the job). Example #2: A one Sarah Reynolds gave me a bunch of reassuring speeches, and like an abuser, (which is all they really are at this point), she said the words "this time is gonna be different." That was major red flag for me. Sure enough. My suspicion was proven correct. She told me things that were not true. She said they would help me and treat me with respect. However, that didn't happen. She had me come in for an appointment to see one of the doctors about medication. I asked the doctor several times, "what kind of medication should I be taking for my issues?" (I have bipolar and PTSD). Rather than answer a very simple question, she kept ignoring me and repeating herself. I eventually had to walk out of the room to get away from the stress and aggravation. Example #3: The same day I was disrespected and ignored by their doctor, I was also told they would provide me a government assistance phone. I had to get a ride to get there. Now I'll admit, the staff was kind enough to arrange a ride for me, but that's a moot point because of the piss poor service they gave me. When they gave me the phone after the appointment was over, I was told we had to leave. I told the drive "Wait a minute. I still need to set up my phone." She then told me that "she and no-one else at the clinic" would know how to set that up. She seemed to have zero concern for my need to have a working phone. She was rushing me out of the door. I was beyond upset at this point. She seemed more concerned with where she had to go and with what she had to do that day, than the needs of myself, the patient. I will never ever trust Bluebonnet Trails or any other medical organization as long as I live. I am still trying after two days to set this damn phone up. Nobody wants to help unless I threaten to go somewhere else. Don't ever trust anything these people say. They are habitual liars, and will tell you anything they think you need to hear in order to get what they want. Which is getting you back out their doors. Run people. Run the other direction! They will not help!!
Unprofessional, had a virtual appointment with Julie and she completely mixed up my information with another client. Sent me grief counseling group spreadsheet since she thought I was there because my grandma had died?? Told her that’s not the reason why I made the appointment and explained why I was there and she said that my trauma doesn’t really count as a “traumatic event” and how I should chalk it up to being a teenager and that’s a good excuse. I felt so invalidated and at that point I was thinking how does this lady have a masters degree in psychology but lack so much empathy? (she went on and on about her education) She proceeded to talk about how her niece was spoiled and made it all about herself she even said “ohh but it isn’t Julie’s time to talk is it?” I proceeded to say that I wanted to get screened for OCD and she said she only diagnoses depression, GAD, Schizophrenia, and Bipolar. Waste of my time and now I have something to talk to my therapist about so thanks 👍🏼
Seguin dental and health is a good place to go for your health and dental needs
Always been top notch. Very supportive and caring. Would and have recommended BBT to friends and acquaintances. Love this place.
The office staff are a very caring and helpful group of ladies. Rosey is always helpful and listens to what I'm needing. The nurse practitioner we see is very personable and helpful to my son. We have been going here for years, they act to help you not makes things harder.
There's one crisis worker in particular here that has shown an enormous amount of concern for my well being. I'd just like her to know she's awesome 👌
Kristina kessle is really the best dr I could have had considering I'm very worried and stand offish and I can be very weary when it comes to physic meds. I'm forever grateful for her suggestions and I hope to keep her asase dr for years to come!😊 very smart and very quick at diagnosing me and giving me the right combo of meds to help me finally feel normal.
Had video conference scheduled for weeks. Morning of conference I call toobtain code for logging into conference. Told they're short handed but coneone would call. 30 minutes after appointment time, I call them & again I'm told someone would call me back. It's been 2 hours & still no call. Highly disappointed. This is a mental health issue. Now I have to go through entire process again with another doctor, wait for an appointment weeks from now & meanwhile my cjild is suffering. Not professional & I feel completely let down.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
