I called to go see her about my ear / allergies. I did mention I am currently being treated for back pain (spinal fushion, level 3), but on a lighter pain med. regular doctors can give prescriptions for and receptionist freaked out & said I will have to ask the doctor before can make an appointment. Called back to say I also needed to see her before a relative came (do a screening) - and she said doctor would not see me because of my back pain. I said, well, I don't want to see her for my back pain. I have a bad ear and bad allergies at the moment. I am not coming for my back pain, I have some kind of allergy infection and my ear hurts. Receptionist very very rude, or, I would just say not a doctor that sounds like she cares for anyone at all. They were quite rude. Don't advise seeing her. Not worth it.

This doctor is playing games with the life saving Covid 19 vaccine. She has reserved it for her friends, not administering on a first come first serve basis.

This receptionist is so rude and mean for no reason what so ever hangs up on you when you call not to mention you have to pick up your own prescription unlike other doctors that send it over. People actually work and can’t just get off to pick up proscriptions having to wait longer then a hour is horrible Susan is so nice, just getting past the front desk is so horrible

Dr. Boullion is empathetic when you are in front of her. She doesn't follow up on anything though and the communication is terrible. The front desk woman is very rude. They've recently started withholding referrals for an illness I've had for 20 years because I haven't met some quota of going into the office to see her (quota was never communicated). They randomly don't pick up or return messages so that I can even make an appointment. When you do get in there you end up waiting for over an hour past your appointment time. I dread my appointments.

So very helpful and kind. Just love the Dr and staff

This doctor appears to be and empathetic at 1st but she does not communicate well about the variables and the regulations of her practice, because she is a specific doctor that prescribes suboxone. I saw her for almost 3 Years and without any Hesitation she changed without and Explanation! And her demeanor Told me she was upset about something but yet she would not explain to me fully and this led to her dismissing me as a patient. To be honest thank God she did, I found a doctor and Seguin that completely knows what he is doing and talking about and what hes prescribing to his Patients. So if you go to her for particular medications understand one thing she will cut you off without any explanation and is very vague and convoluted with the way she handles her Practiss I wish I can give you a negative 5. Noted if you smoke CBD dont go to her because she will dismiss you without any Verbal notice Like I said saw her for 3 years go to a different doctor.

Nothing but pleasant experiences from Dr Bouillion herself as well as her Nurse Kristen! We have been going there for nearly 5 years now. Very friendly and makes us feel comfortable! We make a long drive just to be seen here as we love the care. You will understand what's wrong and what's going on, you will NOt just receive a diagnosis!there may be a little wait, but trust it's worth a Dr that cares! Also, don't be more than 15 min late for your apt or you wont be seen

I have Dr. Boullioun as my new PCP. I was very pleased with her thoroughly. She was able to help with all of my needs and I look forward to seeing her for my future needs. Her office staff was an absolute bonus.

The front office girls are snobby, rude girls..my elderly mom has been seeing Dr. Bouillon for many years and these girls still never know who she is and get snarky with me and my brother if we call for anything. Dr. Bouillon used to be good but now she ignores anything my mom tells her.

Dr. Boullioun is great. I’ve had previous bad experiences with Doctors so going in and being seen can be an emotional rollercoaster at times. She made me feel comfortable and was able to catch the previous Doctor’s mistake just by looking at what was prescribed. She tried to get into contact with the previous physician I had seen, to get the labs my script was based off of. She ordered more labs, corrected the dose, and her nurse was very patient with me as I wanted to try different medications and requested different brands. The wait time was short. Both herself and her nurse took their time with me and went point by point through all my issues and concerns. I would recommend her team.
