Referred by my family physician, & I just want to say a big thank you to Rachel! Their receptionist was SO sweet, very helpful and had a smile each time we stepped up to the front desk! She helped us with insurance & paperwork...Dr. Burrus was very thorough and answered all our questions.

Dr. Burrus is a very kind and caring professional. He explains things well and has an excellent bed side manner. I had a complicated pregnancy and required a c-section. He was there for me every step of the way, and I felt safe during and after the surgery. I highly recommend this doctor!

Rachel, the receptionist was very rude from the beginning. Several times she asked me to provide documents that I had already provided and still she insisted on me showing it again. Also, she kept having issues with my insurance and when I made every effort to prove my insurance provider, including giving her contacts for my provider she refused to check. Her attitude was unhelpful & catty. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to see Dr.Burrus because of the way his receptionist treated me.

BEST OBGYN EVER!!!!! Staff is amazing, always responds in timely manner, and very informative. Dr.B goes above and beyond for his patients. He always answered all of my 101 questions gladly, Very Professional , and Outstanding bedside manner! Highly recommend him!
