Dr. Robert Magnon's Online Review Report Card

It's a shame when a good doctor has Jerks in his staff, that you have to deal with in order to see the doctor. Today, Erica, and then Dayna, will be the reason that I never go back to Dr Magnon. As Erica was directing me to an exam room, she said "First open door on the left."There were 2 open doors on the left - one as you're walking in, and the one next to it, which is the first one from the wall.It's a matter of perspective. I pointed to the one nearest the wall, and she said, "no, this one would be the first open one on the left. " I said that the other one was open, and that I thought of IT as the first.Obviously this child doesn't understand the meaning of the word "perspective", or "relative", as in relative to one's perspective. It was like it became an argument, and her tone was really kinda condescending. I considered turning and walking out right then. As I waited, had Dr. Magnon not come in so promptly, I probably would have left.As I'm back out, done and waiting for the bill to be totalled, Dayna is directing a man to the same exam room (NO sanitizing , prepping or anything after I walked out btw!!)Dayna tells the guy "First door on your left." See, using "your " as opposed to "THE left" is a little more specific. As the guy goes into the unclean room, Dayna turns, looks dead at me, with a smart ass look.My instinct was to shoot the finger at her.It was obvious that Erica had come out and talked trash about me.So, if you want to have Erica and Dayna talk trash about you...go to Dr. Magnon.Erica and Dayna, if y'all are reading this, I'm flipping you off right now.If Dr. Magnon is reading this, please consider putting numbers on the doors.

It took weeks to get a appointment in this office to begin with, then the Dr was very RUDE Honestly I haven’t been asked to face the wall since I was 2 but apparently he’s got a phobia to the unvaccinated. He then rushed through a procedure. And then couldn’t wait to get out of the room just really unprofessional I wouldn’t refer him to anyone

I scheduled an appt, which took 3 weeks from my initial call. On the day of my appt the office called, said the doctor had an emergency and they had to reschedule my appt... 3 more weeks out. This is a totally unacceptable practice. I have a new growth on my back I an concerned about being a cancer survivor, the same cancer my father had that he died from. Being 69 years old, I an very concerned. ...

Good people here! Helped my Grandma 15 yrs ago and now my Dad. Dr M is so sweet and really cares! He actually remembered me from the days I brought my grandma!

My husband and have have been numerous times. The staff is so kind and welcoming. Dr Magnon is the kindest, most gentle Dr ive ever seen. He makes you feel very calm and always does a wonderful job..also we have never had to wait more than 10minutes. I recommend him all the time.

Dr Magnon is very thorough and professional. He also has a pleasant bed side manner and is easy to talk to and ask whatever questions you may have. The office staff is also friendly and professional. I would rate him and his staff highly.

Dr. Magnon is a wonderful doctor he not only takes care my skin issues but cares about my overall well being, he is very caring and has a wonderful personality!!!!!

Oh my, how can I personally praise someone enough for keeping my husband alive after telling him he needed to have a 6" wide x 3" deep chunk taken out of his back to prevent his melanoma cancer from spreading to his lympnodes in 2011. My husband is A VERY STUBBORN MAN, so it took a few follow checks-ups (he goes every six months) of Dr. Magnon's concerned, yet NEVER wavering lectures when he was having to freeze 5-10 pre-cancerous or "off" spots EVERY VISIT all over his body to get it through his thick skull. Dr. Magnon's gentle persistence + my CONSANT nagging FINALLY got to where the last 3 visits he has only had to freeze 3-4 "off looking" spots. This man, along with the surgeon Dr. Hambrick, LITERALLY saved my hubby's life by catching AN EXTREMELY SMALL spot he didn't like. Tests results came back as cancerous melanoma. We both had regular visits with our family doctor, who is also AWESOME, yesterday. We had to go drop Dr. Magnon off a check. When we pulled into the parking lot, I told my husband "This is BY FAR THE MOST IMPORTANT doctor you will have to see FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!!!! Thank Dr. Magnon & Staff!! Y'all rock!!!!

I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Magnon. The staff is wonderful and so accommodating! Every staff member was kind and super helpful. Dr. Magnon is EXCELLENT! Perfect bedside manner! Listens so well and explains everything! I had numerous questions and he answered all in detail! He spent time with me and gave me honest opinions! There was very little wait time! I just loved going there, even though I had a serious problem! I would HIGHLY recommend him to everyone!

Incredible doctor and staff. Very caring, helpful and informative. They go out of their way to care for their patients.
