From what I seen so far it's the worst place to put a loved one!!!! Roaches in their food!! No good!!!!

This place is horrible!!! I called twice and they automictically answer and hangup!!! They don't even answer the phones properly. This place is so desperate for people they are hiring ANYBODY to take advantage of but hey the people working there obviously are ripping off the clients anyway and mistreating them. This place needs to be shut down.

Lady gave me attitude when I made a phone call. Grown up lady acts like child. Very unprofessional. Lucky I didn’t get to the bottom of it. If you have a bad life, please don’t take it out on GUESTS calling just to ask something simple.

The team here truly cares about their residents! Exceptional care provided to include both nursing and therapy. The building is always clean and very lively.

I have my loved one in the facility and I wouldn't think of her going anywhere else. She has been in another facility and Nesbit is the best. She came for a skilled stay then decided she wanted to stay. The staff is loving and caring, always makes her feel like family. There are a lot of activities that she gets to enjoy and she even loves the food - yes she has gained weight. I would have and have recommended Nesbit to other loved ones.

Nesbit cares about their residents. They are always looking out for them and making sure they are getting the care they need and in a timely manner! They are doing a great job with my Nanny. And, I love all the activities they have for the residents. Best nursing home in Seguin!

This place has horrible owners that only care about the bottom line. Most of the employees care but they usually end up leaving because of the greedy ness of the owners. I would never put my loved one with this group. I ended up moving my loved one. If I could I would give it a -5. Only because of owners.

Nurses don't care patients wait hours pass due medications for pain. Rooms are no bigger then a broom closet. Roaches, leaking windows water leaks no one cares in that place. My sister has no choice right now.I went to visit my sister this post week and wasn't to pleased. Sister's roommate has dementia and was not cared for by staff, no one assisted her to bathroom to see if she was dry, left lunch tray aide did not try to feed her and took tray away. This is neglect and abuse. Thank God my sister can speak up for herself and she looks after her roommate. Roommate needs assistance. Staff is very uncaring just there for a check. I dont see how they pass DHS surveys.
