I would be very careful about this place. My phone number is one digit off from a Dr Smith and his staff constantly calls me. Normally that wouldn't be an issue if they didn't also text me confidential patient paperwork, leave voicemails with names of patients and details, etc. They are not professional and in no way follow the HIPAA laws. I have had conversation after conversation with them and even called Dr Smith myself to let him know. They don't change his number in their system. After about 10 years of phone calls and texts, I'm leaving a google review. Maybe Remarkable Healthcare, Dr Smith and his staff will finally figure this out.Dec 2021 Update: Received another text this morning. terrible place, poor service and a death trap!

No, no, no. Do not place your loved one here. They are horrible. Their care from CNA's and nurses is below acceptable. (Should be a negative star). Our beloved mother passed unnecessarily on their watch after barely three days. Will share experience upon request. The front end of this place looks "remarkable" with their fake tapestry and flowers, (don't let that deceive you). Behind the closed door it is completely unacceptable, the staff is unprofessional with obviously no professional training on how to treat people. I hold the attending nurse personally responsible for my mother’s death on the day she passed away. She was not only unprofessional, she was out and out cruel.

Short staffed.1 nurse.1 cna, med nurse.food is always the same.took 3 days to replace bad leaky toilet.one nurse hateful.most just there for a job .not friendly. takes a while to get person to unlock door to be able to get in.people up front have meetings every morning, no one to attend to business.they say things that don't happen.one person will say something & another person say different. not together in what is to happen.check out ,nurse brought meds in with paper with no explanations.

A friend of mine was placed here for rehab and wasn't given proper medication and passed away suddenly. I feel for her family. It seems that the staff doesn't tend to the clients who are in their care.

This facility is awful. It is new and shiny but beyond that they do not take care of their residents . They leave them laying in bed for hour and hours. My mother needed to go to the ER and their nurse would not approve it and told me that we would have to pay for it. This is my mother!!! I called the EMT and the doctor at Guadalupe Valley hospital said that mom should have been taken to the hospital the day before!! That is how bad her conditions was that evening. Needless to say we moved her out immediately and I would NEVER recommend this place. The team is awful, from the CNO all the way down. Awful!!

A death trap. Never put your love one in this nursing home. Should shut down immediately!

This place is death chamber for patients. Their staff is horrible. No respect to the family. Nurse aids do nothing, know nothing. You can tell they have no training taking care of anyone. If you have questions or request, they ignore you. "I DO NOT KNOW" is the only response you can get. Never check patient's vital sign regularly. My friend stayed there only three days before her death. Your loved one will be killed by the poorest care in this facility. My friend died on the third day because of neglect.PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONE TO HERE.

I would never put any of my loved ones at this nursing home the staff is terrible! And they have a 5 rating lol
