Everyone at Dr. Talbot's office is great. Her nurse, Jessee, responds quickly to phone calls and Dr. Talbot never rushes you when she's with you. They are all attentive to the patient's needs and concerns. I went to another female doctor here and quickly changed to Dr. Talbot once I met her.

Switched to her a couple of months ago and could not be more satisfied. In fact after hearing about my experiences there, my wife switched also. She takes the time to talk to you and does not hurry you along. Her nurse is also the same way. The receptionist is always polite and quickly responsive, to your situations.

Due to covid, unable to make my first appt and they charged me 25$ I made my first appt with talbot and she was unable to help me then didnt bill the insurance properly so I owed money when it should of been for free. I will never return to this "doctor" since she was unable to see me on a timely manner, She was unable to take care of my needs nor was able to do my first vist appt. She didnt seem like she cared too much and told me just to go to the va. I will find a new doctor that carea about me and my family and will never go back.

I was visiting family in New Braunfels for the week, and came down with a bad cold. Dr. Talbot was nice enough to see me as a new patient since my family members are existing patients of hers. I am so appreciative for your extraordinary service and showing me care and concern. It is a good feeling to know I have a doctor I can see when I visit. A good doctor is hard to find and impossible to forget- thanks again!

Worst gp I have ever had. Asked to be a patient of Dr T and was assigned to her nurse practitoner without being asked if that was acceptable. Utilized the practitioner for a year until I moved. Extremely difficult to ask a question of anyone with authority. Office staff is extremely unfriendly. Needed a prescription refilled but was dependent upon lab results. Had blood work done regularly for over a year but refused to refill one additional month after i had moved states even though results indicated I still needed the medication. since she hadn’t seen me (I.e. I hadn’t paid for an appointment) Jackie wouldn’t renew the prescription even though no medical history had changed and they had the test results in hand.Money grubbers with poor customer service.

Dr. Talbot and her staff are amazing. I went for some spa treatments including Botox, and Karly and Dr. Talbot both helped steer me in the right direction for what was good for my skin. Love this place, and I highly recommend!!
