This is my last attempt til I seek further action!!If that means going to the medical board, hiring a lawyer and filing a lawsuit, and reporting them to every channel possible I will!!!!If I could provide a negative star rating I would! These people will steal you blind if you're not careful. My husband had a visit with Dr. Twitero and was overcharged for the visit, which he had to pay upfront. When we called our insurance to verify our co-payment costs for the visit we were notified by our insurance that we had overpaid and were due a refund from the Dr.'s office. I have called the office numerous times and for several days now(billing dept mostly) and have left countless voicemails, not to mention dialed several different extensions and left voicemails there and still have not heard back. I am seriously at the point where I am going to report to whomever I have to until I see results and get my money back. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Twitero and his staff. I feel fortunate that i was able to treated by him for my injury. Extremely competent and best personality and bed side manner you could ask for. Thank a million Doc

I am a existing patient. I got here at 3 pm and my apointment was at 3:30. A new patient comes in and her appointment is also at 3:30. Guess who is still waiting in the lobby waiting to be seen at almost 4 pm.Guess her insurance is better th. Mine.

My wife was in the moderate stage of Alzheimer's dementia when she fell and broke her hip. The only hip repairs that I had seen were the huge long incision and my inclination was to not put her thru that. PCP called in Dr Twitero and one look at the x-ray he explained that it would be a simple repair of 3 - 1" incisions. Had her standing the day after surgery and walking on her own 6 weeks after surgery and rehab. Dr Twitero is the best at explaining what he will do to fix the problem. I can't say enough good things about him.

Dr. Twitero has great bed side manner. He was patient and kind with my mom, taking all the time needed to answer questions. He has also treated by daughter, and we had the same great experience. Our family recommends him highly.

I loved Dr. Twitero but his office staff is horrible!!!!! Had surgery for hip replacement. Got home and had nausea for two days, couldn’t eat or drink. My daughter called his office to get something for the nausea and they called back 5 days later, this after she called them three times on the same day and twice actually talked to a person!!!! A friend brought me something for the nausea. Three days later, horrible constipation. I was in such pain! Again, call and left a message for PA she called me back the next day after having to go to ER that night and was admitted. Last got a appointment for a Thursday for a release, call, they had me down for following Thursday!!!! On the bright side, they did work me in.... again, let me stress that Dr. Twitero was excellent!!!!

Great bed side manner. He was wonderful with my elderly mom, and took all the time needed to answer questions and help her.

We had a great experience with Dr. Twitero. He was wonderful with my elderly mom, taking time to answer her questions and make her feel comfortable. His bed side manner gave us trust and his knowledge gave us peace. Thank you Dr. Twitero. (His office was a little hard to find, it is located on Walnut in Seguin not on King St.)

Dr. Twitero recently moved to new premises and I believe his staff is still getting organized, but I can't say enough good things about him. He has seen my husband through multiple orthopedic difficulties, and has been patient, knowledgeable, and professional every time. His bedside manner is exceptional. He takes all the time you need to answer questions and concerns, and I would recommend him without hesitation.
