CareNow provided a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I was seen very promptly. The receptionist, Juanita, was very courteous, and my provider, Kathryn, was very knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with this clinic, and definitely recommend them.

Had a very positive experience here after my first serious injury. I was lucky to have Ruby as well as Kathryn Arnold NP to take care of my injury and even follow up with me afterwards to make sure I was receiving the care I needed in a timely fashion! Could not have asked for more caring, helpful caregivers at a time where I needed it most. Thank you ❤

I was unsure whether my medical issue was an emergency or if it was something that could be managed and treated at an urgent care. I was very happy that the provider was able to give me guidance on scheduling at the facility. I was able to register quickly online and when I arrived they took me back immediately. I was examined, provided treatment and given home instructions. Excellent experience and highly recommend!

Ok, so after my horrendous experience (lied to, unprofessional treatment, that ended with me walking out) at the kitty hawk fast med clinic. I decided to try this urgent care for a Covid test. This clinic was night and day difference. I was treated professionally. I wasn’t asked to blurt out my personal information. The entire staff was friendly and seemed genuinely concerned for my well-being. I took a Covid test and it was positive (bummer). I was given a shot and some medication and everything was explained to me. I was worried that I would be rushed out of there, but that wasn’t the case at all. There were no issues with billing etc and I was told to follow up by phone if needed. I actually got a phone call from one of the nurses, the next day, to check on me. My wife started having symptoms and she was seen here as well. Took care of her too. Her billing was as straight forward but in the end, they got it right. I work in healthcare administration and I want to say thank you to anyone in the healthcare industry that comes to work everyday and puts their life on the line in order to help others. We’ve found our go to urgent care clinic: nice friendly professional staff, great location

The staff were professional and polite. Nurse Juanita was patient and provided excellent patient care/bed side manner. The nurse practitioner was also professional, and provided great care. Wait time to be seen was excellent. Thank you to the front desk staff for being so knowledgeable and prompt. This team is an excellent example of great patient care.
