Bad experience. Waited too long to treat antibiotic resistant infection. Never saw her or talked to her on the phone about this. Staff communication was poor......simply told me I had a bad infection and had to wait more than a week to find someone to begin treatment.

I have frequently UTIs. It took longer than usual to get culture results. Staff told me on Friday afternoon. It was a “bad” infection. Had to wait until Monday to get more details and during this time I received no treatment. I another culture on Tuesday and was told on Wednesday by staff that I had a drug resistant infection and needed to see Infectious Disease Specialist. It took another 2 days (and much phone confusion) to get an appointment. So I was very sick and in pain for over 10 days before any treatment could begin. And during all this time I never saw or talked to Dr. Tharian.......only talked to staff. I was miserable and the staff simply didn’t give much help. They acted as if they did not care.
