Worst experience with a doctor ever! She wouldn’t let me finish a sentence before she would talk over me repeatedly. She told me I was lucky I was not paralyzed from steroid shots and tried to scare me with how I have been treated outside of Kelsey. There is no way in hell I would refer her or let anyone I care about see her as a doctor.

If I could give her zero stars I would!!! Her demeanor and attitude towards her patients is very poor, and she has no compassion. She was asked to explain something more in-depth because it was unclear and stated "I'm explaining this at a 2nd grade level, how do you not know what i'm saying?". When crying, she made fun of me multiple times. I would tell people to see ANYBODY else. Her reviews on her website are 4.9 out of 5 but it seems as if she makes them herself because they are full of typos and every other website has her rated under 3 stars. I would be embarrassed to support her as a physician. As someone who works in healthcare, this is embarrassing to see and I hope that this is taken care of!

Started off fine but became Rude and dismissive. Lack of compassion/bedside manor for emotional state of patient finding out new health issues. It might be normal for doc. But heavy for patient. Very aggressive when i mentioned this in appointment and that was unacceptable. I will not be back. The nurse she bought in to witness the mess was excellent. The assistant that brought me back was also excellent. Would not recommend the doc though.

Dr. Dural was very attentive to my problem and took time explaining going over my X ray.

I was very disappointed with this Dr. She does not care if you are in pain, and did not offer any diagnosis, therapy or anything, just full of herself and rude! She definitely missed her calling. In one word "incompetent "

This is the worst doctor I’ve ever experienced, she is very rude, dismissive and indecisive. She gave a diagnosis and later retracted it. I took my MRI to another doctor and he immediately told me the issue I was experiencing. I highly do not recommend!

So rude I wanted to get up and leave in the middle of our appointment. So unnecessary. I simply asked a question and she was extremely rude and defensive. Also, more importantly, she prescribed my father a medication that landed him in the hospital because it interacted with other meds he was taking. She was fully aware of all meds he took.
