I have had an awful experience with Dr Eileen Wu, I had an ACL surgery with her, but the worst of it is the malpractice that she performs over my knee, I have seen another doctor and he said that I need exactly the same surgery just because a malpractice, this puts me down because you put your life in their hands and things like this happens. We have to be more careful when we have to look for a good doctor.

If I could leave negative stars I would!!! She sees my teenage son gets him excited about repairing his acl then the afternoon before he goes for surgery demands 100% payment!?!?! Her nurse even lied about the the fact it was the dr demand payment!!! Congrats Dr Wu you have single handily destroyed my sons faith in drs!!!

Dr. Wu is amazing! I am so thankful for her care and concern. My son is her patient and she has gone way above and beyond for him and his care. She's helped us navigate the medical system especially during the coronavirus outbreak. I honestly dont know what we would do without her. If you're looking for a kind-hearted, detailed, wonderful with follow up physician - Dr. Wu is the best!

Concern for my wellbeing! My injury is unusual and rather than performing my surgery herself, she referred me to a trauma surgeon because he will “have more tricks up his sleeve “. I appreciate that type of compassion for the patient. Zero ego on Dr. Wu’s part. I highly recommend her for her professionalism and wonder bedside manner!

Dr Wu is one of the kindest nicest Dr that I have ever had. Her office is efficient, her assistant Amanda is great... I just can’t say enough good things about her! I wish I could give her 10 stars. And best of all, 3 months after my rotator cuff surgery, my shoulder is feeling so much better!
