Dr. Lugo is ready to answer any concerns and tends to make you feel at ease. I was extremely impressed with Dana, the glue that keeps the office running smoothly. She was professional, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She was ready to answer any questions and put my mind at ease. She has the gift of making you feel you are her top priority. Truly an angel on earth. Thank you both for such superb care.

Dr. Lugo removed my gallbladder a couple of months ago. I wanted to wait to leave a review because I wanted to see how I fared in terms of pain or any post-procedure issues. I’m so happy he was my surgeon! From the initial consultation, he made me feel comfortable and what I liked most about him is that he is sincere. I also appreciated that his staff was helpful in coordinating with my insurance, so I had no surprise invoices. I felt prepared and ready for my surgery, no nerves at all. Post-procedure, it took about a week and a half for me to feel back to normal. Had the occasional tug where I had incisions, but nothing terrible. That went away after about a month. Surgical glue sticking to your shirt is no fun, but it beats pulling out sutures :) Excellent surgeon, highly recommended!!

Dr. Lugo is terrific! He saved my life. I found him to be forthcoming with information, concerned about my care and very thorough. My very complex surgery went exceptionally well. He answered all my questions and helped me understand what was happening with my body.He also has a wonderful staff (Dana especially). They return calls and follow up to make sure everything is progressing well.I would definitely refer him to friends and family.

Dr. Lugo and his team are Cut Above anyone I would put anyone in my family in their hands they are an amazing team his oath goes above and beyond the Call of Duty he is an excellent surgeon and a wonderful man he has saved my life twice I would never let anyone else operate on me but dr. Lugo he will stay up for hours and do the job he has to do with no sleep There's No One Like Him He will never ever risk your life under any under any circumstances I cannot say enough good things about him and his team they are unbelievable thank you God for giving this man the talent that He has and guiding his hands while he takes care of all of us please keep him and his family in your prayers at all times cuz he risked his life every day that he shows up for work God bless him and all of his team and his family

Dr. Lugo is not only a skilled surgeon, but a gentile, caring man. He always takes however long is needed to meet the needs and concerns of his patients. I would highly recommend this doctor

I was able to make an appointment easily and had the procedure quickly. Dana explained everything clearly including payment information. Dr. Lugo explained what he was doing while he performed the procedure and made me feel very comfortable. Positive experience all around.
